The Neutral Zone is comprised of three distinct regions that function as lawless territories: The Desert, The Mountains, and the Oasis. This zone was created after centuries of conflict and war between all the bordering countries of the continent. This zone functions as an area where all are welcome, laws are looser, and conflicts between regions can be settled with minimal damage and casualties. The Neutral Zone has existed for several generations now, so now most of the population does not remember what times of war were like. Although The Neutral Zone was created to inspire times of peace, the area can still be quite violent and everyone must have good survival instincts to be successful there. All three regions can be dangerous in their own rite, but one can always retreat there for sanctuary and refuge, at their own risk, but they can still exist without judgment or prejudice for where they are from, if they can stand strong on and survive on their own. They will only be judged by their individual character.

THE OASIS

The "Oasis" is a city center that functions as the central hub for all travelers, as a place where they can catch their breath, and where far off lands come to settle their disputes in a fight ring! Nominated fighters who represent A Nation come from far and wide to fight their enemies in a fight ring instead of waging an all out war. Winning country gets all the glory! Fighters are assumed to be respected and honored, but it's not glamorous work. It's a dangerous life, each fight can turn out to be life or death. Outside of the fight ring, life continues like normal. The Oasis is not considered houses many inns, hotels, tourist shops, and other local market stalls for all the travelers coming and going. There are quite a few locals as well. The Oasis is also a home away from home to many Ambassadors and other government officials from all over the continent. Of the Neutral Zone, The Oasis is seen as the safest area to be since most of the violence is contained to the Fight Ring. However, that is not to say there isn't crime in the area. The Oasis itself is not represented in the Fight Ring as it has no direct government, only operating as a home for visiting governments to come together, make laws, and settle disputes. All in all, The Oasis is a happening and welcoming place.

Additional Information about The Oasis

- The city of The Oasis is actually built into the center of a horseshoe shaped oasis that is full of plentiful vegetation and fresh waters, almost functioning as a sort of moat for the area

- While there isn't any official government in The Oasis, an organized crime group of dragons has seemed to take on that roll for itself to oversee the city and ensure things do not fall into anarchy.

- The Black Market pops up at night in different locations around The Oasis. Those in the know how to find it. It's hard, but not impossible, to stumble across accidently. The black market contains all sorts of goods that are forbidden in other lands.

THE DESERT

The Desert is treacherous and has little resources, a wasteland. The Desert is home to many dangerous creatures and people. Some countries have used the Desert as a punishment or threat. If you misbehaved, a Desert Guide would come and grab you and drop you in the Desert with nothing; Survive if you can. This is one of the reasons why the desert is stereotyped to harbor hardened criminals of the worst sort. And the stereotype isn't completely wrong. You have to be tough and ruthless to survive there. But all in all, not much is known about what really takes place in the desert and who lives there. Very few people have traveled deep into it and come back. Not many people leave the desert and not many people come out of it. It's not easy to escape, even if you're born there. Life is different in the desert and it takes a lot to adapt.

THE MOUNTAINS

The Mountains are habitable if not for the cult that makes it's home there. The Cult is not hostile to every wanderer; that is in fact, how they found most of their members. But they are cautious and not overly trusting. The Mountains can be snowy and peaceful for a walk. It's quiet there, except for the wildlife. The Cult doesn't make much noise or cause many waves. Not many people understand what they are up to, but that is also why they are feared. They have their own agenda, and as far as people know, they tend to keep to themselves or are well hidden. They have beautifully constructed homes built deep into the mountainsides. Just don't step on any toes while you're on a hike, respect the nature around you, and do not hold prejudice in your heart. And whatever you do, do not disturb the strange thing protruding from the Mountain and how it looks like it could be alive.
