Kouie

"I make sure my customers get satisfied, in one way or another."

Kouie is sly, curious and assertive. He's a bit of a mystery to most, but people don't usually ask him question. However, he often likes to get to know his customers, chatting them up and trying to get to know what they like and who they are. Kouie is undoubtedly called a freak- both for his appearance, personality, and tastes.

If you find yourself wondering the back alleys at night, you may stumble across The Oasis's very own Black Market, which doesn't stay in one place too long, but if you know the right people, you'll always be able to find it. 

Kouie is one of the merchants at the black market, specializing in aphrodisiacs, sexual remedies, and other erotic toys that he's collected from all over the world. Kouie has a wealth of knowledge and a vast collection of many things from his many travels. He carries much of his collection on his body, in many layers of clothes. 

Although it's an underground market scene, as someone with his bloodline, he's not seen as very trustworthy and therefore, he hides his ears under his bandana and his tail under his large cloak so that he doesn't lose any potential customers. Of course, his ancestry also gives him some advantages: a little extra charm, and some sly sales tactics.

After years of travelling and exploring the desires of the body, he was recruited into the Cult in the Mountains, at first, he didn't understand why, so he just had fun, knowing that he had this cult backing him up in his every move. But he had his purpose in the cult too. Everyone did. Within the bodies of the people of The Oasis held great potential, and Kouie was going to find it.
