Upon The Winds Of Dubiety
A series of skits about Esredes and his past, following the knochen from his first hours up until a few years before present time. With the aid of many others and his own internal will, Esredes strives down a path laid out in front of him, a path that one cannot tell whether it is natural or manmade.

Catalyst
The grass rustles softly in the wind. As the sun's rays shine down upon the yellow plains, its warmth falls upon the group of knochen huddled closely together.
Wrapped in the protective wall of their birther's tail curled around them, pressed up against her warm body, the translucent white forms of hatchlings take shelter, only having escaped from their shell encasing a few hours ago. Slowly, their strength has grown.
One by one now, the hatchlings begin to open their eyes. Eyes wide and eager to take in the world around them. A hatchling raises his head, weakly at first, but gains the strength to keep it up through inner persistence. A pair of orange eyes are revealed through the parting cracks of eyelids, and through them a light of wonder is seen. The world they see is new, unfamiliar and strange.
But it is beautiful.
As the eyes looked around for the first time, one could observe something being born within them. It shimmered in the brightness of the sun, as visible now as it would ever be.
There was a dream in his eyes. And for a long while afterwards, it was all that one could see.
