Bunny's Story

To truly understand Nina's upbringing, we need to start with her mother's story. Her mother, Bunny, was born into a pretty average family, but she, as well as her own mother, always wanted more than that. Her mother, while she surely loved her husband, always envied the rich and especially their trophy wives. She wanted more for her daughter, so she always told her to disregard love and find someone rich to marry. Someone who will provide her with a lavish and comfortable lifestyle. "Love is for losers, marry someone who has money" she would often tell Bunny, and this is what Bunny would pass on to her own daughter Nina later [1]. Young Bunny took her mother's advice to heart, and when she was old enough she became a prostitute, working between the rich and business area of Ä+*4~. Here she could always be around rich businessmen, flirt with them and hope to one day become a trophy wife to one of them. This was fun for a while, but she would much rather already live the comfortable and lavish life that her mother would tell her about, so she had to take matters in her own hands. She decided to get pregnant with one of the rich businessmen she would be meeting every day, and get him to marry her that way. And so, on one faithful day she ran into Richard. She slept with him and, as planned, got pregnant. Unfortunately they parted was before she was able to obtain any contact information, and Bunny found herself alone.

Well, not completely alone; she soon gave birth to twins, Nina and Andrej. When she held the babies in her arms, she knew she had to track down their father. Between working to provide for the twins and taking care of them, she was left with little time to actively search for her father. In that time the children were only used to the normal average lifestyle Bunny herself grew up in, but they didn't seem to mind, this life was all the knew and all they needed was their mother's love. But as she promised to herself and the children, she eventually found out where Richard works. She knew he was well off, but she didn't know quite how lucky she got. Richard was the owner of Halcyon Resorts, a big chain of resorts that had spas, pools and hotels in Ä+*4~ and Fairy Gardens, which made Richard worth quite a lot of money. As soon as she could, she got in touch with him, introduced him to his kinds and provided undeniable proof that they are his. [2] After being presented with proof, he was perfectly willing to take care of his unexpectedly found family. [3]

Richard's Story

Richard grew up rich, his dad before him was the owner of Halcyon Resorts, where Richard himself already worked since his teens. As it is tradition in rich families, he was told that one day he would have to find and marry a trophy wife of his own. He never worried himself too much with that thought, he was young and figured he still has enough of time for that, and prefered to have fun when he was younger. It was during that time that he ran into Bunny for a one night stand. But later, his parents grew older, and decided to move to Fairy Gardens where he focused on running the hotel resort, while Richard was left in charge of a beach resort in Central Area, pool in Business Area, and luxury spa in Rich Area. Now that his parents left, a lot of his friends already found their wives and some already had children, Richar thought it might be a time for him to settle down with a family of his own. This is when Bunny, his almost forgotten one night stand, found herself in his office with his two kids he never knew of.

Nina's Childhood

So now, Bunny, Nina and Andrej's real life could start. The life Bunny has strived for, for herself and her children, since her own childhood. From here on, Nina started getting used to living in wealth. And this was a life that wasn't hard to get used to. The children started going to a good school in their neighborhood where they became friends with other rich kids in the area, Tim and Tadej. [4] They got the best education and friends of their own new class, and outside of school they go spoiled by getting just about anything and everything they asked their parents for. They barely ever hear the word "no" and soon forgot what the life was like before they met their wealthy father.

Nina's teen years, love life and becoming a trophy wife

As the time passed, Nina and Andrej grew into the age when they started thinking more about dating. While Andrej spent time with his father, learning about business so he could take over Halcyon Resorts one day, Nina spent more time with her mother. Bunny took it upon herself to raise Nina to one day become a trophy wife. It was tradition, after all. And it wasn't only Bunny who raised Nina to be a trophy wife. That's was how the life went in the rich area, and it was the one way of like Nina was the most familiar with. As a child, she never questioned it too much, and the whole things didn't seem too bad anyway. She wasn't dumb by any means, but she was a bit lazy at school and always more interested in hanging out with friends and playing games, which also reflected in her grades at school. But that's ok, her parents were never giving her a hard time about it, she would marry a rich guy one day and not have to do much other than be pretty and take care of the home. But despite that, Nina had other plans in mind for her future. She never was too much into just being pretty and feminine, she didn't care much for cute outfits and makeup. And Bunny didn't help much either. She was never shy about her past or how she met Richard, she was a bit too open about sex, and that made Nina uncomfortable and turned her off to the lifestyle her mother presented to her. She would rather just relax, be herself and fool around with Andrej and their friends, instead of having to be this picture perfect sex toy to a man she wouldn't love. And deep inside Nina alway was a bit of a romantic. She grew up in wealth and got used to it, she got used to having friends from the same background, so she did always take it for granted she would marry a rich man, but she wouldn't marry a man she didn't love. She dreamt of love that would sweep her off her feet, a real connection with a man who would make her feel loved and adore her for the person she is and not just for her body. And the more Bunny try to push Nina towards the life she had planned for her, the more Nina pushed back. She rebelled to her mother's ideals to dress in boyish clothes, and hanging out more with Andrej and Richard. She questioned it there can be more to life and love than her mother and her environment taught her and she wanted to break out of standards that were set for her.

As she hit her teens, she started thinking about all of this more and more. She knew by now that everything wasn't as black and white as her mother had her believe. While everyone around her valued money very much, she saw many truly loving relationships around her. And so Nina decided she wanted that too, a man who is rich, and is someone she can truly love. Meanwhile, she foud that she started liking one of her friends, Tadej, a bit more than just a friend. As well as he he grew up in a rich family, and he was her brother best friend, as well as her friend since they were all kids. He was perfect, cute, mysterious and moody, they shared all the same hobbies and all he needed was surely a girl just like Nina to cheer him up. But getting Tadej's attention turned out to be a bit harder than Nina expected it to be. Sure, they we good friends and they hung out every day at school and after school, butTadej never seemed to see her a girl to fall in love with. She tried to find excuses to spend more time alone with Tadej, and not just hang out when the whole group was together. She knew he had taken interest in paying drums, and figured asking him to teach her too would get her some time alone with him. She would remember all the things her mom told her, the ones she didn't block out form her memory at least. She would wear tight shirts to his place, try to act clumsy and blame all the mistakes she made playing drums on the size of her boobs, to which she would frequently bring attention. Tadej seemed unimpressed. Nina eventually mastered the skill, but didn't win Tadej's heart. She seemed to need a bit of help with that, and knew she could only trust her brother with that. It took some a bit of manipulation and mental gymnastics form Andrej, to convince Tadej to date Nina. [5] It was nice while it lasted, but a relationship born from manipulation couldn't last long. They did have a lot of fun together and Bunny was glad to see her daughter choose someone from a wealthy background. But alas, the relationship came to an end. Tadej broke up with Nina, telling her he couldn't love her the way she deserved, and wanted to end things before they got in too deep and end up ruin their friendship. She didn't quite know what that meant then, but she soon found out Tadej was really in love with Tim all that time. She was sad for a while, but knew it was for the best that she and Tadej broke up. She could be grateful that she got a respectful breakup that was intended to keep up the good friendship, unlike Tadej's other girls.

But now, she was on her own again. She was never one to rush into relationships, so she stayed single for quite a while. She spent more time hanging out with Tim and Andrej, learning about business from her dad together with Andrej, and gaming. Bunny however, had other plans with Nina. She regularly reminded her to find a good man, and didn't want Nina to waste time after breaking up with Tadej. She would take Nina to fancy parties her friends would throw, in attempt to have their daughters meet their perfet wealthy husbands. Nina didn't mind going on those too much, there was always some good food, but she didn't enjoy having to wear dressed her mom picked out for her. She would be told constantly to sit like a lady, eat like a lady, talk like a lday, but to Bunny's demise, Nina never really listened. In fear of beuing shuned from her circle of fancy friends, Bunny stopped maing Nina to attend those parties. What is worse, if the word got out of Nina's unladylike behavior, she would never be able to find a husband of appropriate social status. This would be far more cathastophic than her friends seeing Nina eat cookie crumbs from the bottom of their fancy porcelain bowls with their finest silverwear. But Nina didn't care. She'd rather stay single than end up with any of the stuck up sons os her mom's stuck up friends. She would also always tell that to Bunny, anytime she'd bring up the topic of Nina finding a good man. Bunny had no choice but to leave Nina alone and let her live her life the way she wanted to. If asked by friends about why Nina isn't coming to their parties anymore, Bunny stated telling them Nina just turned out to be interested in girls instead. At least there was no shame in that, contrary to that cookie crumb debacle. While teling this to her friend, many of them were unsurprised, telling Bunny that they have alredy heard rumors of that from their sons and daugthers. How knows, maybe is was true. In this case Bunny's attempts to force Nina into finding a man would be pointless anyway. Nina always fiercely denied these rumors, but they at least got mom off her back.

Meeting and marrying Jure

Eventually, the time to meet her perfect rich man was here. And what better time and place it was to find a rich man than at the wedding of the popular actor, Mr. Mole with the last name Mole. All the rich and famous would gather there, along with the army of his adoring fans, so it would be no problem for Nina to blend in with the crowd. Andrej was more than happy to help her with her plan, and even suggested she should aim for marrying Mr. Mole himself. Nina knew this would be a bit far fetched, but nevertheless, she put on her best suit and went to the wedding together with Andrej and Tim. There she blended in with the fans, making her way to the front and yelled out to Mr. Mole to marry her. That was really more to draw attention to herself and create a scandal that would surely cause men to notice her. But, she was no alone, there was a lot of cheering fans yelling out to Mr. Mole to support him or tell him to leave his bride for them. And one of those was Jure. After a bad breakup with Peter, he want to Mr. Mole's wedding to cheer himself up and get his mind off fo everything. And against all odds, Nina caught his attention. As advised by his best friend Simon, the best way to get over someone is to move on to someone new, and there was just something really attractive about a woman in a suit. He approached her, telling her about the money he just got from his grandfather. That quickly impressed Nina, who wasted no time and asked him to marry her right then and there and in the heat of the moment, Jure actually agreed to it. [6]

Sure, getting married on a whim was fun and all, but after the wedding their real life together started. After they settled in together, Nina started noticing more and more all the attention she got from Jure. He was a sweet, honest, down to earth guy who truly cared for her. He didn't care for money, he grew up without it, and he didn't worry about spending it on Nina. And Nina slowly realized what true love is. Money was nice but it couldn't compare to the feeling of being loved and respected by Jure. As the time passed they grew more and more attached to each other and became a true couple whose love grew past what money can buy. And so, against all odds, Nina was able to get it all. She could stay true to the tradition of being a trophy wife, and also found true love with Jure.
