- Living room has hardwood floors, walls painted navy blue to compliment furniture; leather couches and reclining armchairs with coffee table and side tables. Gracie's cat tower is located in one corner of the room.
- Kitchen has refrigerator, stovetop oven, toaster oven, pantry, and counter space
- Two bathrooms; Zani has her own
- Backyard has a Jacuzzi and a gazebo
Description of her bedroom:
- Hardwood floor, walls painted red and pink
- Daybed decked out with heart-shaped pillows and red and pink blankets
- Small walk-in closet; surprisingly organized
- White convertible tabletop desk has Mac computer; button lifts the desk so Zani can stand up and work if desired
- Bookshelf has many romance novels she's read at least twice
- Small TV; only used for watching her Spanish soap operas
- White hardwood vanity with large heart-shaped mirror; makeup meticulously stored in drawers
