HALOS
A Coelune's halo naturally stays within a certain area around the head. Though it can be pulled away from this area, it will always return back to it's resting space!
FUN FACTS:
Coelune halos are made of magic lunar energy, and they're commonly barely solid enough to touch. It's uncommon for halos to be fully solid, allowing accessories to stay in place (and not phase through it).
A coelune's halo most commonly reforms if broken, but it's not unheard of that some halos stay damaged. But even then, the halo mostly retains its phase shape.
LEGS
Coelunes are easily influenced by the planets that they live on. The legs and feet, being the parts of the body that come most into contact with the world, often adapts to whatever space they live within.
Their quickly adaptive nature is what allows Coelunes' legs to evolve into different materials!
Coelunes feet are ALWAYS pawed, but they don't necessarily have paw pads.
Coelunes will not be able to naturally grow accessories, fabric, or functioning body parts (such as eyes and mouths) from their legs.
All accessories must be removable!
Legs can get injured like any other body part, and Coelunes can have prosthetics just as normal people do. They still feel pain as well, so they cannot walk on open wounds or exposed bones.
ARMS
Although this is a more rare occurence, Coelunes' arms can be influenced by their environment, similarly to their legs.
A coelune's lunar marking may also uncommonly manifest in their arm, and it can replace the one on their leg. Unnatural materials in arms must be stiff enough to keep the arm shape.
HORNS AND ANTENNAE
Coelunes are able to grow horns or antennae, which vary on purpose depending on the environment.
Large horns/antennae are a RARE occurrence, but what classifies a horn as "rare" will be judged on a case to case basis, based on the average natural size of the animal horn. As a rule of thumb, horns will be considered large if they are bigger than the head.
Having 3+ horns/antennae is uncommon, since most coelunes commonly have 2 horns/antennae at most.
NOTE: Coelunes CANNOT have both horns and antennae at the same time.
EYES
While the lunar phase of a Coelune effects the color of the sclera, Coelunes' eyes come in a variety of appearances!
All Coelunes have two eye sockets, and their pupils can have any shape (ex. star, swirls) as long as it's clearly separated from the sclera.
Diurnal Coelunes will always have white sclera, while nocturnal Coelunes will always have black sclera.
Even with traits, the sclera will always be influenced by the Coelune's lunar phase.
Coelunes always have the same color of sclera in both eyes unless they have two phases, a SUPER RARE trait.
WINGS
Coelunes sometimes can grow wings, which help them explore the universe. These wings commonly take the form of those used by real animals.
Large wings are a RARE occurrence. Any wings larger than the Coelune's torso are considered large.
Similarly to legs and arms, Coelune wings may also be influenced by the environment of the moons they inhabit.
Common coelunes can only have one pair of wings in their back, while higher rarities allow sets of wings in other parts of the body. One "set" (1-2-3+ wings) is allowed per body part.
MISC TRAITS
Coelunes are capable of developing a few more things which don't necessarily fit into the former categories, but are still just as widespread thourghout the species!
SUPER RARE COELUNES
It's rumored that somewhere out in the vast universe, Coelunes with extraordinary traits exist...Though, the veracity of these claims is still to be proven.
