Lanteradors are a closed species ran by EeveePotter and CinnaBee, most commonly distinguished by their lantern tails and generally friendly personality. With a wide varity of Lanteradors to choose from and care for, the possiblities are endless!
Originally used as light sources during time of no electricity, they now are pets or still working animals. These small compainions have been with humans/non-humans for hundreds of years! With a loving heart and a friendly personality these compainions will be sure to be your friend for years to come.

- There is not a cooldown on myo/design sales, HOWEVER respect the designer's TOS, if it says there is a cooldown, then there is a cooldown.

Simple! We host giveaways and raffles quite often, and with our currency Lanteras, which you can get from winning competitions, or other activities on our world, you can buy MYOs and redesign items from Virgil, our shopkeeper!

Lore/History
In the 1800s, a young explorer found a tribe of Lanteradors, finding out their glowing lantern tails, finding this out, he tamed a few and trained them to act as guide lights in the mines. Later on, they've became a popular pet with children due to their loyal nature. After hundreds of years, the Lanteradors seen nowadays fall into two groups, feral and tamed, the tamed Lanteradors have been specifically bred to have certain traits, such as wings and horns. During the seasons, the chances for rare mutations to occur in your Lanteradors highten.

Lanteradors born in the summer tend to have a weaker lantern glow whereas the winterborn Lanteradors have a much stronger glow on their lanterns.
Infant-Adult
Lanteradors are born live after of 6 months of being in the womb, from infant to juvenile they are known as a 'pup', then they are a raised in a small pack with around ten other Lanteradors with two adults to look after them. After around two years of pack life, they go off to find or make their own pack and territory. They are able to breed at three years old and find a mate.
Parenting
Once a Lanterador is three months old they are encouraged to leave their parents and go off to join their rearing pack, which they are then raised by the rearing pair, which can be any combination of a Lanterador couple. The rearing pair becomes the pup's parents and their pack becomes their family, research has shown that when two Lanteradors from the same brood pack meet, they often reconize eachother, appearing to get extremely excited.
Food
Lanteradors are omnivores and opportunistic hunters, they have a keen sense of smell to make up for poor vision, studies and experiments have shown that Lanteradors have a love for meat most the time, actively going for fatty meats like lamb.

By participating in events and contests, people who join in events earn Lanteras regardless if they win any contests, they also get Lanteras from drawing or writing stories about Lanteras!
