Memory Manipulation

• The Chronicler can change the memories of individuals and when pushed to its limit globally. The only being exempt from this ability is the Chronicler itself, who is forced to remember all the forgotten information.
• This ability has been used notably on the Traitor, who after their betrayal was cursed to never be able to make memories again, forgetting everything about themself and their life. Furthermore, the name of the Traitor was lost to all but The Chronicler as their name was erased from everyone‘s memories. 

• The Chronicler can unroll parchment from anything (including objects), revealing its memories as they have remembered them. Object memories describe how they‘ve been influenced by the world around them, while living memories often are more detailed and complex. 
• Memories extracted from a being do not remove the memory from the being. 
• Memories can be warped and therefore unreliable as factual records of events. However, as more records of the events are collected the memories can be mixed to form a clearer description of the event.
