About:

The Clockwork kingdom is the southern kingdom of Sallentine. This is the kingdom in which most living humans reside in, but there's also a pretty large HG Garden, known as the Gerchan tribe, living here. The Clockwork kingdom was also the first to be established, originally all of Sallentine before exploration revealed the other present-day kingdoms.

The Dreamwell is Clockwork kingdom's Dream Totem. It represents Sallentine's Dreams, and appears as a large marble well filled with a galaxy colored liquid. Drinking from the Dreamwell blesses one with intense mindfulness and premonition.

The Sky-Top Castle is famous for its creative architecture, the top half of it being encompassed by the clouds themselves. Second in population in the kingdom, this Castle has an amazing feature crafted and maintained by the Vandegleer line-- the only way to enter the Castle is by a special series of magicked platforms, similar to the Gateway crystals concept. At Sky-Top, international trade and economic growth is closely monitored. Taxes, bills, trade rules and other similar regulations are also managed and signed into law here, too. Sky-Top is the mother Clockwork town.

Vallentie is famed for being the oldest town in all of Sallentine. Its culture rich architecture has been preserved in pristine condition, and a small number of people still live there, close to being able to entirely support themselves. If it weren't for the small population, there'd be enough hands to help with the unfolded jobs, agriculture suffering worst. It also doesn't help that the land between Sky-Top and Vallentie is infertile and riddled with dangers such as rogue Snappers and unforgiving wilderness. Vallentie relies heavily on imported crops, but trades well for it with creative works. The town also trades out goods from the Rose kingdom to support its economy.

Hallowsen is the most populous town in the Clockwork kingdom. Their economy focuses on lumber, agriculture, and a few finished products such as furniture and similar household domestics. Hallowsen is also a popular trade center, being a large city. The city trade primarily crops and lumber with other Clockwork towns.

The Gerchan Garden is the only major region that serves as a home to Honey Gliders in the Clockwork kingdom. This Garden does not interact with the rest of the kingdom as a child colony, but rather as an independent state within the kingdom. Prince Eragon, an escapee from Cressfell labs, serves as the tribe's leader. The Gerchan trade labor services to other Clockwork towns in exchange for essentials.

Knockturn is a spunky city in the center of the east side of the kingdom. The population is a considerable, ranking third to Hallowsen and Sky-Top. At Knocktrun, inventors and clock masters develop and improve new technology and equipment for the rest of the kingdom. Its nickname is the Steampunk City. Knockturn trades primarily technology and finished goods with the other Clockwork towns.

The Southern Bay is a port city on the south-east coast, not that Sallentine has much use for water transportation systems. However, the lower part of it makes for a great vacation destination! The upper parts are a bit more dangerous, being so close to the Barren Lands where the Snappers reside. Apart from tourist services, SB supports itself by fishing in the ocean and harvesting tropical, exotic fruits from trees growing along the coast.

Jasper is a smaller city on the south coast. With a low population and constant foggy weather, it first comes off as drearie, but residents try their best to be cheerful, despite the discouraging atmosphere. Jasper is a self-sustained Clockwork town, but regardless serves as the capital banking city in the Clockwork kingdom.

Hallowsen Forest briefly comes into contact with the Circuit River before it spills into the ocean. Entering these woods is not recommended without guides, as many tend to get lost and wander into the Lost kingdom, where they may be captured by crooks trying to make money from delivering test subjects to Cressfell labs. The more fortunate stumble upon the Gerchan, who happily lead them out of the woods.

The Clockwork kingdom has one Gateway, north of Knockturn. Human or humanoid visitors to Sallentine often enter by this Gateway.

Traditions:

The Clockwork kingdom has been famous for the Royal line's Games. Having the ability to manipulate Sallentine's Magic (a combination of all of the elements from the Creation Totems) is a requirement to hold the throne, so all of the rulers often followed a tradition known as the Games. The Games are Dreamed by the rulers, and Magic is always involved. Winners of these Games, whatever the objective of them may be, usually win extravagant prizes. The Vadegleer family line is known for being unusually passionate about these Games, noted by Prince Percy breaking the record for most Games by a single monarch.
