The Barren Lands aren't really a kingdom-- just a small marsh in the east, between the Rose and the Clockwork kingdoms. Renegades, Snappers, and thieves live here. The only known 'town' is DeathTrap Falls, where a large Garden of Snappers live under Delilah's rule.
