The information written out here pertains to any and all Athna adoptables and characters that are Closed Species.

About the group:

Athna is a world of fantasy and magic created by xXbunnyloverXx

These Closed Species are created by xXbunnyloverXx : Itsine, Klysst, Trusnic, Lyricse, Glemste, Druiste and Shadouwl
MothDrakes which also inhabit Athna are a Closed Species by Lottieo

A Closed Species means that you Cannot make your own just because you want one. You either need a MYO [Make Your Own] or to purchase one from the Creator [xXbunnyloverXx or Lottieo]. You could also purchase a design by a Guest Artist.

MYO's can be obtained via purchase, raffles, or events!

Athna is a casual ARPG(Art role playing group).

Co-Owning a Athna Closed Species is NOT allowed.

We try are best to make this group as fun as possible and dedicate ourselves to making it fun. Athna will have monthly prompts and sometimes even mini prompts! There are also quests and many other activities available for our players! You DO NOT need one of the Closed Species to join in on the fun~

Breaking these rules do have consequences! 
	1. A warning
	2. Another warning and a temporary ban from participating in any activities
	3. I really don't want to have to do this but your third offence will result in a Permanent ban
These are subject to change and within the mods discretion

General ToS.

Behavior:

	• You MUST be over the age of 13 to participate in Athna!
	• This groups rating is pg-13- 
		○ light swearing is allowed.
	• We DO NOT allow NSFW or heavy GORE!
		○ Light gore is ok due to the nature of the world of Athna
	• NO spamming, hating, trolling or harassment is allowed. We also ask that you do not discuss triggering topics[ex. Murder]
		○ If your behavior is severe you WILL receive an IMMEDIATE ban
	• The use of Secondary accounts in this Group is NOT allowed
	• No scamming or cheating of ANY kind will be permitted! This includes but is NOT limited to:
		○ Item/ Currency trades/sales
		○ Alt. account used to enter multiple times in raffles, contests, events
		○ Selling of a character you DO NOT own
	

Reselling/ Trading/ Gifting:

	• Athna Closed Species designs are allowed to be sold/ traded/ or gifted based on how you acquired the design/ character.
		○ Purchased Designs/ Characters:  May be resold for the amount you paid for them. They may also be traded or gifted but will have their resale price cut in half or completely removed depending on the amount.
			-  You can find the resale limit on their Master List post. - All prices are in USD
		○ Traded: May be sold if they have a remaining value but otherwise may only be traded or gifted. 
		○ Free Design/ Character: May only be traded/ Gifted 
	• Free Design/ Character = Prize, Free MYO Or Gifted
	• All Transfers must be done via the Lore Keeper website
	• The best place to find out about your or someone else's Character/ Design is their Master List post.

Payments:

	• We only accept payments in USD and use Paypal only!
	• We will Only sell to people 18 or older!
		○ We will NOT negotiate on this as it is in PayPal's user agreement!
	• All Payments are due within 24 hours unless previously discussed! Holds can only be up to 5 days. 
		○ Should you not pay by the hold deadline you will receive a strike and become ineligible to place a future hold!
	• We will NOT sell to DeviantArt accounts that are less than 6 months old. 
		○ Unless the person has a vouch from someone within the group or proof of an older account.
	• We DO NOT issue refunds unless it is for a custom we cannot finish in the allotted time!
		○ YOU WILL NOT get a refund if you just decide that you NO longer want the custom! 
	• Should you be Banned from the group your designs WILL NOT be revoked however you cannot purchase/ obtain any more designs from the group!
	• ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Payment Plans:

	• Please Note that all payment plans must be approved by the seller[XXxbunnyloverxX, Lottieo, Guest] before you commit to a bid or purchase.
	• Payment Plans ARE NOT available unless the price is at least $100!
		○ All payment plans require 25% up front and is non-refundable!
	• Should you back out of a payment plan you will be Ineligible for one in the future!

Personal Usage

In Group:

	• You may use your Character/ Design to participate in Athna activities. Such as prompts, quests, etc. Participating in these can earn you group currency and items.
	• You can use your Character/ Design's regular form in any and all activities. If your character/ design has a transformation charm you may use it's 'humanoid' form.
		○ Not all species in the group have 'humanoid' forms
	• In order to submit a piece of your art to the group it must follow the groups guidelines!
		○ No pornographic images, Extreme Gore, Extreme Violence, or otherwise inappropriate themes
			-Due to the Nature of Athna slight gore and violence is acceptable. If you are unsure if your piece is within guidelines please note the DA group.

Out of Group:

	• Alternate/ Non-Canon forms are fine but cannot be used in official group activities!
	• Feel free to have other forms for your Athnian such as converting them into another species/oc! 
		○ Again these forms cannot participate in official group activities.
		○ Please remember to always give credit to the original design's creator
	• You may turn your design into another CS if the species owner is aware that the character has other forms in another CS!
	• If your Athnian has multiple forms please DO NOT try to sell them/ split them up. Please try to keep the designs together as they are the SAME character!

You may NOT redistribute or mass produce the original art of your Character/Design! Any repost of the original art needs to have the original creator/ artist in the credits. Along with a link to them.

You may USE the original art for personal use as you see fit such as displaying in their toyhouse as your avatar or printing it out at home. You may NOT claim the art as your own!
