Common

Color : Eelum can be any color or pattern. There is no limit to the number of colors that may be used in a design.

Hair : They may have hair on their heads in any color or style. Eelum do not grow hair anywhere else on their bodies. Alternatively, they may have no hair at all.

Horns : Any number or style of horns is permitted. They must be attached to the top or sides of the head.

Eyes : Any color is permitted for the iris or sclera. Any shape is allowed for the pupils.

Teeth : May be straight or may present short fangs.

Hands & Feet : All eelum have claws on both hands and feet. They have four fingers on each hand and foot (but may be drawn with five if that is more comfortable for one's art style).

Ears : They are always on the sides of their heads. Acceptable shapes are triangular or rounded.

Nazar : One must be present at the base of each ear. They grow near the skull and cannot be converted to accessories.

Tassels : Cloth, rope, or ribbon only. They may be braided, tied, or otherwise manipulated. Any length is permitted.

Feathers : All eelum have longer feathers on their wrists and ankles, commonly up to their elbows and knees. Feathers may be any length. They may appear rounded, sharp, or fluffy.

Tail : Fan-shaped, either divided into two separate parts or combined into one. Length may vary.

Uncommon

Shaped ears : Eelum may have different silouettes to their ears, giving them a more spiky, rounded, or cut-out appearance. This includes shaped holes that may appear in an eelum's ear.

Chimes : Bells or chimes in place of or in addition to tassels on the nazar.

Metal or mineral tassels : Tassels may be made of metal, glass, or gemstones of any kind. While they may sometimes appear more like earrings, they are not removeable.

Sharp teeth : Teeth may all be sharp, or have oversized fangs that protude even when the eelum's mouth is closed. This is typically more pronounced than the default fangs an eelum may have.

Neck nazar : An additional nazar that develops along the collarbone. Must match main nazar. Eelum with this trait are more powerful in warding off evil and tend to bring good luck.

Tail Nazar : An additional nazar that develops on the lower back, at the base of the tail. Must match main nazar. This nazar may have different tassels than those near their head, or it may not have any tassels at all. Eelum with this trait tend to be better at warding off unknown or unseen evil.

Fluff collar : A mane that grows near the neck. It may be hair, fluff, or defined feathers. Many grow around the neck, but it can be on the chest.

Shoulder or hip fluff : May be both or only one. Typically appears as fluff, but may be large defined feathers.

Scales : May appear anywhere on the body in patches or spread out. They typically don't cover more than 25% of the body. They may be tough like armor or flexible like fish scales.

Duck tail : A short feathered tail, commonly fluffy. Eelum with this trait have a more difficult time with precision gliding, but their feathers seem to be more waterproof than average.

Rare

Lynx Ears : Upright ears, found on top of the head. May be triangluar or rounded in shape. May also have additional fluff at the tips of the ears. Nazar will still be located at the base of the ear.

Rabbit Ears : Long, floppy ears that naturally rest out to the sides of the head or may droop downwards. Nazar will still be located at the base of the ear.

Feather Tufts : Additional feathers above or in the ears. Typically very fluffy, but may vary in size.

Mirror Nazar : The nazar may be reflective like a mirror or transparent like glass. The circular marks on typical nazar may still appear as if painted or etched on, or they may be absent.

No Tassels : Nazar are not decorated by any tassels.

Paper Talisman : Tassels made from paper, often bearing words or drawings to boost magical power. Typically come as a matched set for all nazar, but may only appear on one.

Angel Wings : Feathered wings that sprout from the back. They may be any size, but the size cannot be altered or manipulated.

Dragon Wings : Dragon-like wings that sprout from the back. They may be any size, but the size cannot be altered or manipulated.

Fox Tail : A long tail that is furred or covered in fluff. These tails are strong enough to use to knock back enemies in combat, but they don't help much in gliding.

Dragon Tail : A long, thin tail that has feathers or fluff at the tip. These tails increase an eelum's ability to balance and stabilize themself, but they don't help much in gliding.

Multi-Tail : Up to a total of three separate tails, which are always the same style.

Legendary

All-seeing eye : A floating aura that appears as an eye and signifies a pure eelum. Eelum with this trait may manipulate the movement of it as easily as any other limb. It can be solidified as a shield or illuminated as a light source. When not in use, it simply floats above or near their head.

Cracked nazar : Indicates a corrupt eelum, which is an individual that has been irreparably tainted by evil. Cracked nazar continuously emit a mist-like aura from their core. A corrupt eelum cannot be purified. They will attract evil and bad luck for themselves and others.

Restricted

No horns : Indicates an eelum whose pact has been broken. This trait is currently unavailable for MYO designs.

Body Eyes : The eelum has additional eyes, which may be located on the face or elsewhere on the body. They can blink and see as well as regular eyes. A special trait that is currently unavailable.

OTHER

All sub-species of eelum are considered Legendary rarity, and may only be released or designed in their respective seasons. There are four seasonal sub species of eelum: beelum (spring), aquatic (summer), flutter (autumn), and shi (winter). Pure and corrupt eelum may be released at any time of year, but may see more releases around Walpurgis and Halloween. Due to differences in sub-species, they will each have separate lists of traits.
