I obtained a new chaimi the other day as a freebie!! :] was wondering if their masterlist entry could be updated? their masterlist profile seems to be here!! also was wondering on the website how to edit things like the notes/credits, to upload additional images and to edit image thumbnails? most of all I want to change melina‘s design and art credits to my website profile (@ MARS) as the toyhouse profile used has since been changed. thank you!!
Hello congrats on your new Chaimi! I have gone ahead and transferred the character to you on the website.
As for the other stuff I'm honestly not sure if non-moderator/admin website members are able to edit it or not, but I went ahead and edited the credit for you. I'm also not sure if uploading additional images is available either. I might be able to change the thumbnail and stuff for you but I'd have to mess around with it a bit to figure it out haha, but you can DM me with the images you want to use and I'll see if I can do something about it.
You can fill out the form provided in our main forum post and post it there, or if you have an account on chaimi.art then you can submit it there if your slot is on the website.
If you don't have an account, but would like to submit through the website, all you have to do is create an account, link a deviantart account, submit a claim for your slot with proof of your slot, we'll add your slot to your account, and then you can submit your design! And it is generally faster if you submit through the website after you're signed up and get your slots moved there ^^
Hello I’m interested in joining and purchasing a MYO slot but I was curious if some things could be explained to me first?
I read that it’s $5 per trait so is that $5 per the required traits or is that only when doing additional traits?
Also would something like milk tea be allowed? Or is that one of the high rarity ones?

Yes!
You just have to send them back in for approval! Traits cannot be changed unless you purchase a trait change from the website store or from PaperTsubaki ^v^
You can either reply here, dm, etc
And just let us know their DA as that's what we use for keeping track on our masterlist ^^
If they don't have DA their TH username is fine too, but if they make an account on the chaimi website they'll have to let us know so we can tarnsfer it to them manually!

Hello hello! I have a question regarding redesign. I'd like to possibly make a redesign of Fang which means I wanted to change his looks (eg. Hair, dollie design, charm/collar design, colours, and etc.). His trait rarities and type will still be the same, only the looks will be different hahah. I imagine that his redesign would be 25-50.9999%ish different??
Do I need to pay or exchange something for me to be able to do a redesign on my Chai?
So long as you aren't changing traits with rarities (kemonomimi, blend/blend name, add-ins, ect.) there shouldn't be any need for you to to pay or exchange anything to redesign them! I'm fairly certain doily design and charm/collar design changes aren't counted as "trait changes" so you should be fine to freely design them. I also don't think you have to submit for re-approval if you're changing just doily/collar design but Chey can clarify if I'm wrong ajgojig.
if you get a myo for whatever rarity, does that mean you make a chaimi and use one trait of that rarity for it, and then buy a single trait for any other traits you want to use on them? sorry if this is a really obvious question- i don’t know about many closed species but i just thought this one looked interesting!

You would first need to acquire a MYO slot, and that can be done in several ways~ The quickest being buying one for da points or rlc from @papertsubaki
Then there are ways that will take a little longer. You can earn chaimi event currency buy participating in events on TH or in the discord and save up for one that way, or you can join the discord and earn the discord specific currency (tealeaves) through being active in the server.
And lastly, You can try and bribe @papertsubaki with art for a slot ^v^

hey! I have a FTO slot and I was wondering if I could somehow obtain 1 Uncommon Trait (or be able to upgrade with one later)? I unfortunately don’t have access to points or USD at the moment—but if there is another option available, I’d be happy to see what I could do!
I can do really any sort of payment; busts are easiest for me, I think. I usually price my fullbodies at around 10$ and my busts at 5$, if that helps! I can do really any creature or species and I do both humans and anthros as well ^^
