Lattear Traits
On a rare occasion, Chaimis feel that Coffee can better express who they are. These Chaimis consume potions that turn them into Coffee-based Chaimis. These Chaimis are good at helping their human be productive and focused. They have a variety of personalities but they are usually high strung and anxious which sometimes can impact their human negatively. Lattears are only made using a potion and cannot be born through natural means. In Teacup, Latters are well-respected due to their special positive effects on humans.NOTE: All legendary Chaimi traits are available to use for Lattears. Existing Chaimis can become lattears with the use of a potion and their kemonomimi must stay the same regardless of whether it is on the list of not!

Coffee Charm
REQUIRED
Each Lattear has a Coffee Charm. The Charm is always representative of their style and can be worn anywhere visible on the body. The Charm is a glass ornament that holds their or their life partner’s brewed Coffee. The ornament can be any shape. The blend must follow rarity guidelines and add-ins must be visible in the Charm!

Coffee Beans & Roast

There are four main types of coffee beans: Arabica, Robusta, Liberica, Excelsa. You may also specify the roast (Green, Light, Medium or Dark Roast)

Decorated Tail

Unlike tea Chaimis, Lattears do not have teabags on their tail. Their tails have decorations representing the other ingredients in their blend. They can appear as charms, physical items, or symbolic representations. NOTE: In order to be approved, the Chaimi must have tail decor from their blend (not just add-ins)

Each Latter has a coffee blend with a unique name (You can search for taken names Here). The coffee blend has a base with flavours similar to tea chaimis.

Swapping Teas
COMMON
Lifelong partners exchange their charms similar to how humans exchange rings. It's considered a sign of love and devotion to wear the charm as if it was their own. Latters can switch with a Tea Chaimis or Litteas. They tend to keep their collar in a human relationship however they sometimes entrust their collar to their partner as well.

Decor must appear in the charm. Different flavours or shapes of an add-in counts as an individual trait. If unsure about if an add-in is okay, please contact! Your decor should match your brewed coffee type (I.e. black coffee shouldn't have milk foam)

KEMONOMIMI
Ears & Tails
Lattears have Kemonomimi, but their species also determined on their rarity and quality. More species of Chaimis are being discovered all the time, so stay tuned!
{COMMON} Dogs & Cats:
Some of these find themselves dependant on humans for companionship. They can span from domesticated animals all the way to wild felines and canines. They have are known to be good to soothe anxiety.
{UNCOMMON} Rabbits & Squirrels:
These tend to be a bit more shy, though this is not always the case. They are agile and sometimes cowardly. They are known to be best at cheering up sad humans.
{RARE} Goats & Pigs:
These Lattears tend to enjoy routine but need their freedom. Pigs tend to be good companions that are wise and well-rounded whereas goats can be a bit hot-headed.
{ULTRA RARE} Unicorns:
These Chaimis are mythical in nature. They are known to grant wishes to their human and to each other but cannot show themselves to their humans. Unicorns store anything in their horn that they wish.
{Legendary} Dragons & Phoenixes:
These Chaimis are mythical in nature. Dragons are angry and like to solve problems with their fists. Their magic is overall very weak so they rely on their emotions to scare things off. They can magically store special items in their horns like unicorns and doilies form at the base of each horn. Phoenixes can rise to the occasion and often have strong determination to never give up.
