Pippaf is a fantasy world with characters inspired by many of my stuffed animals/toys :>! (Although do be warned, while many of the aesthetics and designs of Pippaf may lean more on the "cutesy" side of things, the themes/back stories of characters are just as dark as my humanoid characters/stories, with specific tw/cw warnings on specific ocs as needed ofc.) I mostly have this TH world for my own convenience/reference lol.

Tbh I don't know wth Pippaf is turning into nowadays lmao we got: Medieval-ish society/aesthetic with magic and some ancient gods that may or may not be dead. Royal clans of creatures that are corrupt as hell and have a large control over common-born creature society (have also monopolized magic, knowledge/teaching of magic).
The lands of Pippaf are separated and greatly influenced by "Keyaa streams" or streams of magic/life energy that run far below the crust of the world. These streams causes anomalies in nature (floating structures, waterfalls falling upward, plant death/mutation/overgrowth etc) and designate the (often sharp) separation of regions/biomes (Tundra next to tropics with no transition inbetween, a blooming forest with a random portion that's perpetually in autumn, etc).
Pippaf and its inhabitants are additionally subject to a phenomena called "keyaa overexposure", a form of energy poisoning. Creatures use magic to protect and lessen the effects of keyaa overexposure (some regions having it worse than others). Royal clans have hoarded many of the resources/knowledge required for making these protections, forcing common-born creatures to rely on them.

★Monospecies creature settlements are rare, most-often, creatures prefer to live among others of many different species. Most all settlements and civilizations are an intermixing of many different species.
★interbreeding between different species is possible and Individuals with traits of two or more species are very common. technically speaking creatures are all of the same species and things like spinecats vs storm spirits vs hoofdrake are actually subspecies or 'breed' distinctions rather than entirely diff species.
