SECTORS
Voiyagers primarily live in the space but there those that choose to live planet side. Space is so vast that in order to gain some sort of concept of territories, Voiyagers have sectioned off areas known as "Sectors". When a Voiyager is asked where they originate from, they will respond with which sector. Sectors primarily are ruled over by a group of the strongest Voiyagers in that region where collectively they make a decision for the greater good of that sector. There are always challengers for a seat among the council and they can happen at any time. Due to their love of fighting, most members of the council do not turn down a challenge. However, if they are beaten and thus overthrown they do not take it lightly and will be back to reclaim their seat. As a result some Voiyagers could care less about the politics that go on their sector as they deem it too complicated.
Sectors usually go in the order of the strongest to the weakest of Voiyagers. Alpha being the strongest and Kappa being the weakest. However, there are diamonds in the rough and some surprising challengers lurking in the depths of each sector. Lambda is the sector for prisoners and those who are exiled. Its deep within the heart of a black hole - or at least that's the rumor. No one knows for sure expect those in Lambda, but they never are seen again.
1. Alpha - The strongest Sector. Alpha Voiyagers are the strongest out there. This area is constantly at war within itself for seats of power.
2. Beta - Beta Voiyagers are some of the toughest but do not have what it takes to go against Alphas. They are the peace keepers of galaxy as Alphas are too busy fighting among themselves to look outside of their sector. Due to the widespread reach of Sectors, they often enlist the help of Gamma Voiyager.
3. Gamma - Gamma Voiyagers assist Betas with keeping the peace and tend to go on patrol in other sectors to ensure there is nothing illegal or compromising occurring. They also frequent Iota in attempts to get that sector under control. It is a battle they are failing as the rate of crime is increasing.
4. Delta - Delta Voiyagers come from the sector of knowledge. They are the hub of information and partner with Epsilon Voiyagers to get the info required.
5. Epsilon - Epsilon Voiyagers are cunning individuals that seek out knowledge and artificats to provide to the Delta Sector.
6. Zeta - Zeta Voiyagers are considered idols in their own right, many actors, singers and musicians come from this Sector. Most Zeta Voiyagers have traveled to all the sectors except Lambda.
7. Eta - Eta Voiyagers are travelers and tend to voyage planet side to see what else the galaxy has to offer. They suffer greatly from wanderlust and rumor has it that its due to their lack of resources.
8. Theta - Bordering Eta, Theta sometimes is considered an off-shoot of Eta. Merchants are often found in Theta, selling the items and resources those in Eta bring back from their travels.
9. Iota - Iota is considered the underground sector. Crimes, illegal trades and other events occur here. It is not for the weak of heart and while it is near the bottom of the ranks you wouldn't want to start a fight in Iota because you may be seeing a Reaper before the night is through.
10. Kappa - Kappa Voiyagers would be considered commoners. They have no interest in the constant fighting and politics that occur in the other sectors. They simply want to live their lives. Just because Kappa is known to be "weak" doesn't mean there isn't strong Voiyagers here.
11. Lambda - The forgotten Sector. Lambda Voiyagers can only interact with other Lambda Voiyagers! Reapers are the only exception to this as they can go there to reap. They are sworn to silence on any information of Lambda. It is said Lambda is the nightmare version of Iota, anything goes and nothing is forgiving.
