  Terms of Service
These are the Terms of Service for the closed species CutieFloofs

By participating in CutieFloof groups, adopts, or events, you are agreeing
to the terms listed below, so please read carefully!

 

 
    MYO tickets can only be purchased through PumpkinCatCarnival

    Copying, Tracing or Heavily referencing the species to create your own species or characters is not allowed.

       Always credit the Species and the designer who made your character


  Retrading or (selling if you purchased)  is allowed.
 If reselling, they must be sold for the original price or less, unless accompanied with extra art. Selling a traded design or free design, is not allowed.


  MYO designs have a re-trade cooldown of one month after the design has been officially approved

     Co-ownership is not recommended for CutieFloofs and this group will not be held accountable nor assist if issues arise due to co-ownership of characters.


   If you own a CutieFloof and wish to merge it with another species, please make sure 
the other species owner permits this. If you do merge your character with another species you may not replicate and resell or re-trade as a new individual character.

   
  If you create a humanoid or other species version of your CutieFloof, you must still credit the species and not alter the original design. The original species must always remain a CutieFloof.

 

    Admins have the right to kick-out or remove anybody associated with this group who is deemed a threat to the species and group, or is suspected to be involved with theft, stealing, tracing or someway damaging to the community.


    ALL MYOs (make your own) permissions must be obtained through PumpkinCatCarnival and approved before being released as official.
 MYO terms and design guidelines must be followed, please read  
through the MYO section and Design Guidelines thoroughly before creating, if you have questions please Contact PumpkinCatCarnival .


    If you are trading a previously owned CutieFloof to a new owner,
 you must share the species information and credits must be given for the species.

 
   If you are purchasing a creation from a guest artist, you must follow the guest artists terms and conditions, as well as the TOS of CutieFloofs.
