❥ The Cyllenians are a closed species, meaning that you cannot make your own without an MYO slot. Other ways to gain a Cyllenian is either through trading, or buying an adoptable from an official artist or guest artist. Please don't ask the admins for a free slot, you won't be able to get one that way.

If you do not have a Cyllenian, that's perfectly fine! Anyone can join the group.

❥ ...However, if we find out you're racist, sexist, a pedophile, homophobic, transphobic, etc, you won't be allowed to join. In addition to this, if you think trans people cannot exist without dysphoria, you are doubly not allowed to join. I mean, Cyllenians are literally based on the concept of feminine transmasculine folk. Basically, transmeds, truscum, terfs, etc. are not allowed. ♡

❥ The forums are meant for their respective purposes - please do not post anything unrelated in each one, it will be deleted. The trade forums are only meant to be used for those trying to trade off a Cyllenian, or attempting to obtain one through trading.

❥ Generally be kind to others; don't harass others over winning a raffle over you, for getting to an adopt before you, etc. If you are found attempting to harass someone with the intention of them giving you their slot or Cyllenian(s), you will be blacklisted.

❥ To make an MYO you must first have a Cyllenian MYO slot. To gain one, you can either buy one from an MYO slot sale, or trading with someone else. Do not harass someone into trading their MYO slot with you. If you gain a slot, it will be tracked on the MYO slot tracker. If you've traded your slot to someone else, please update your MYO slot tracker forum listing to say so!

Additionally, if you want to gain a Cyllenian without waiting for an MYO slot event, you can commission a custom Cyllenian from sugarvamgar - his customs are always open, unless stated otherwise.

❥ Your slot can be Common, Uncommon, or Rare. The slot tier defines what traits you can put onto your Cyllenian, shown here! Keep in mind, the higher the slot, the more it'll cost. While again, you can only buy an MYO slot from slot events, we'll say the prices here too since they'll always be the same unless stated otherwise.

Common - 25 USD
Uncommon - 30 USD
Rare - 40 USD

If your slot is an Uncommon slot, you can use both all Common and Uncommon traits, same for Rare slots being able to use all Common, Uncommon, and Rare traits.
Common slots cannot use any trait from a tier higher than itself.

❥ When you know what you'd want, you can draw their design yourself, or commission someone else to do so for you.

❥ The reference sheet must include at least one full coloured fullbody, and the traits must be visible. The style in which the fullbody is drawn is up to whoever draws it.

❥ Once your Cyllenian is finished, submit it to the MYO Approvals forum!

Redesign Rules

---

❥ Only the person who currently owns the Cyllenian in question may redesign it, whether it be an adopt or an MYO. If you were not the designer of the Cyllenian, you must also have permission from the original designer to redesign.

❥ You can only redesign a Cyllenian within the current tier it's already in - if you want to make them a higher tier, you must pay the remaining amount to do so. IE. if you have a Common Cyllenian, you must pay $5 to go up to Uncommon, or $15 to go up to Rare.

❥ Outfit/Hair changes do not count as a redesign. Horn shape, Tail type, Colour palette (for skin and hair), Tier changes, etc. do count as redesigns.
Halo changes are acceptable as not being redesigns if it's a minor change.

❥ To be respectful to the original design, we request that it stays similar enough that it's recognizable as being based off of the previous design - unless the original designer is okay with it, we may reject your redesign for the purpose of it just.. not being the same character anymore.

❥ When your redesign is finished, submit it to the Redesign Approvals forum!

❥ All transfers must be logged on the Masterlist.

❥ Transfers must include all art, written text, etc. Where you choose to store said creative works is up to you. It's not the new owner's job to track all the associated work. Unfortuantely, this rule does mean that you cannot transfer a Cyllenian with any NSFW work associated with it to someone who is younger than 18 years old.

❥ Before you transfer a Cyllenian via any method, please make sure to check the original designer's transfer rules.

❥ If you have a Cyllenian that was already registered to Toyhou.se, please refrain from trading to anyone outside of Toyhou.se. Doing so makes it difficult for us to keep track of them. We can't force you to do so, though. If you own a Cyllenian outside of Toyhou.se, please refer to [???] (this will be changed when we put these rules onto the deviantart group page!)

Resale Rules

---

❥ You can only resell Cyllenians or MYO slots that you yourself own. You cannot sell someone else's property.

❥ You cannot sell a blank MYO slot for more than it's original worth - Common will always be 25 USD, so on for Uncommon 30 USD, Rare 40 USD.

❥ A Cyllenian's price will be their original price (either MYO slot or Adopt value), + Total value of commissioned creative works that you yourself commissioned if applicable, + And if you so desire, the value of the custom design price, if you commissioned someone to design them for you.

❥ Cyllenians that you plan to resell must be appraised by a moderator to verify the value you're asking for. To get your Cyllenian appraised, you can do so here. Once the appraisal is finished, a moderator will respond with the maximum price you can sell the Cyllenian for, and then you may go ahead and resell.

❥ IF YOU ARE CAUGHT;

     ❥ Attempting to sell a Cyllenian without going through with appraisal, you will be warned and asked to refrain from selling. If try to avoid to sell without appraisal, you will be blacklisted.
     ❥ Attempting to sell a Cyllenian for a higher price than it's worth, you will be warned. If you do so anyways, you will be blacklisted.
     ❥ Attempting to sell a Cyllenian you were traded or gifted without additional commissioned creative works, you will be warned. If you do so anyways, you will be blacklisted.
     ❥ Attempting to sell a Cyllenian for more than what you yourself commissioned. Further clarificaiton; if you are wanting to resell a Cyllenian that you were gifted or traded who has commissioned works that you yourself did not buy, you cannot sell the Cyllenian for the worth of those commissions.
If you commission works for the gifted/traded Cyllenian, you can only sell for the worth of the new commissions.
If you are caught doing so, you will be warned. If you do so anyways, you will be blacklisted.

❥ All resales must be kept track either on the masterlist or on the MYO slot tracker. You do not own the adopt or slot unless it's listed on these places as the owner.

Gifting Rules

❥ Cyllenian and Cyllenian MYO slots that you own may be gifted freely.

❥ A Cyllenian that you have obtained through gifting cannot be resold unless there is any new commissioned creative works.

❥ A Cyllenian that you have obtained through gifting cannot be traded unless there is any new creative works - they do not have to be commissioned.

❥ A Cyllenian MYO slot aquired through gifting may not be traded or resold. It may be regifted.

     ❥ Why is my Masterlist Entry different from my Slot Tracker number?

The slot numbers are ordered by purchase date, while the Masterlist entry numbers are ordered by design approval date - this means we approve valid Cyllenian designs in order of posting, regardless of which slot you own.

Example; You're slot #013, and the person who bought a slot after you is slot #014. However, they posted their approval entry before you, so they got Masterlist entry #013.

     ❥ Is there any other way I can get ahold of a Cyllenian without waiting for an event?

Yes - every once in a while, sugarvamgar - he has customs open permanently unless stated otherwise on his commissions page.

     ❥ Is there any way I can get ahold of a Cyllenian without paying?

Yes! We plan on holding free raffles and giveaways in the future, along with working on a points system so that way people can obtain free common MYO slots and upgrading existing Cyllenians by simply participating in the community via any creative means!
