Rules

---

General

• All rules must be followed by everyone, regardless of your role and status in or out of this community.
• Be nice to everyone, regardless of their role. If you have a problem with someone, at least be civil in this community if you don't have them blocked.
• Do not harass anyone -- harassment includes but is not limited to stuff such as; bullying, doxing, purposely and repeatedly excluding users in conversations open to anyone, blackmailing, and calling out other users for trivial matters.
• Hate/Discrimination is not allowed towards others, regardless of the reason.
• Keep things unrelated to Delvorina to a minimum.
• Do not advertise other groups here.
• Do not mini-mod, let the Staff do their jobs.
• Do not try to control others.
• Do not make false reports on anyone.
• Do not spam in our forums or on threads. Some spam is okay in threads made for games and it's understandable that some conversations may go pretty quickly and possibly get near spam-like, but don't spam on purpose or in places where it's not appropriate.
• Raiding will have you removed immediately and permanently.
• All threads can have their own rules, but they must follow all of the community's rules too.
• Always give proper credits for anything you use. Things like "credit to the artist" or "credit to the original creator" do not count.
• Stealing any of people's work (art, writing, characters, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
• Tracing/copying or heavily referencing other people's work is also counted as theft (unless the original creator is credited and has given permission for their art to be traced/copied or heavily referenced).
• NFTs and AI generated work of any kind (images, writing, etc.) are not allowed.
• Any kind of sexual content is not allowed here. In characters profiles with proper censoring and warnings is fine and in DMs is fine, but anything within the community is not okay. This community does allow minors who are 13-17 years old, and there are also adults here who may be uncomfortable viewing such content.
• Most sensitive/potentially triggering content is allowed as long as proper warnings are given.
• Threatening people in any form is not allowed.
• IRL photos of dead people/animals, blood, gore, and violent acts are not allowed.
• Supporting or glorifying IRL serial killers, murderers, rapists, abusers, pedophiles, zoophiles, or similar criminals is not allowed at all.
• Accounts owned/used by multiple people must explicitly list who is making what decisions and who owns what. If your account is owned/used by multiple people please message a Staff Member so we can make sure to get everything sorted out on our end for you (ex. how we list things you own in the Archive, exploration, interactive event stuff).
• Accounts owned/used by multiple people will be penalized the same as an account owned by one person. While we would love to have all involved parties in our community, if one person using the account is violating our rules we have to take the proper actions to make sure the person violating rules is properly penalized and protect our other users if they are causing harm to our community, even if it means the other people using the account end up caught in the crossfire.

General ARPG Rules

• All changes in the following character information must be logged in the Archive: Ownership, Species, Material, Base, Magic, Class, Rank, Alliance, Traits, Mana, Strength, Stamina, Agility, Intelligence, Willpower, Charisma, Focus, LuckGroup/Storage, Status, and Designer.
• All changes in the amount of currency you have, what items you have and their amounts, what rights you have, the name of your group/storage, and where the information on your group/storage is must be logged in the Archive.
• All changes in the following information about your level and exploration must be logged in the Archive: what Level you are at, who your Guide is, if you are opted-in for Player Encounters, and if you are opted-in for Permanent Damage and Death.
• It is up to you to accurately track your Level, all information pertaining to its advancement, and all proof you have that you have taken the proper steps to Level Up. This should all be stored in your Group/Storage's information, and your Group/Storage needs to be visible to other members of The World of Delvorina.
• Check if people are okay with others commenting on their thread(s) before making a comment. In places like the Shopping Center, Looking For..., and RP Requests Forums this is typically okay, but in Art Showcase, Community Library, RP Info Storage, 1x1 Role Plays the maker of the thread might not want people to comment there at all, they might want people to wait until they say it's okay for others to comment, or they might want only a certain person/group of people to comment.
• Do not comment on other's threads in Approvals, Archive Updating, or Storage unless you've received permission from that person.
• You can resell, trade, and gift most shop items. Shop items can only be resold for what you paid for them (ex. if you purchase a Heart Charm for 15cr. it can only be resold for 15cr., if you got the Heart Charm for a 50% discount it can only be resold for 7cr. and 5cb.). Shop items that cannot be resold or traded are: Blessed Marble Figurine, Cursed Marble Figurine, Marble Indrurs Figurine, Vibrant Indrurs Figurine, and Vibrant Saixnesh Figurine. These items can be gifted, but only if you tell Staff and Shopkeepers when purchasing the item. Items under "Crafting Material" and "Food" can only be sold or traded during Exploration, they cannot be gifted.
• Starter MYO/Custom Tickets cannot be sold, traded, or gifted.
• Other currencies can only be converted to Bits and Rings at the Shop. You cannot sell your Bits and Rings or trade them for things that aren't in the approved section of this list. You can gift your Bits and Rings to other users.
• All items except for Blessed Marble Figurine, Cursed Marble Figurine, Marble Indrurs Figurine, Vibrant Indrurs Figurine, Vibrant Saixnesh Figurine, and Odd Amber Shard disappear from your inventory upon use.

Design and Character Rules

Delvorinan Doll

• All Dolls need to be approved by a Staff Member.
• To make a Doll you'll need a Starter MYO/Custom Ticket, Concept Outlines, a Blessed Marble Figurine, or a Cursed Marble Figurine. Starter MYO/Custom Tickets are available here for people who need a Main Doll. Concept Outlines, Blessed Marble Figurines, and Cursed Marble Figurines can be obtained from the Shop.
• To make hybrids you'll need a Mysterious Locket or Cursed Marble Figurine.
• Redesigns are allowed.
• For Redesigns you may need the following items (depending on what you are going to change): Raw Material - Same, Raw Material - Different, Saw, Art Supplies, and/or Rerooting Tool.
• You can change your Doll's Class, Rank, Alliance, and Stats (except Health and Mana) at any time.
• The material your Doll is made of cannot be changed. It can be added to with the Raw Material - Different item, but they will always retain some of what they originally were.
• If your Doll has magic, what magic they have can be changed at any time. If you want to remove a Doll's magic or give magic to a Doll without it, you'll need a Mysterious Crystal or Tweezers.
• Dolls cannot be Co-Owned.
• You can transfer characters in and out of Delvorina as long as the designer of the character is okay with it and you have the proper items for it. Characters that are transferred in or out and have their original version deleted/voided/made no longer usable are referred to here as permanent transfers. Characters that are transferred in or out for AUs and/or alt. forms/versions while still retaining the original version are referred to here as impermanent transfers.
• Permanent transfers of Dolls out of Delvorina will void the Doll. This means all their information in the Archive will be deleted and they'll be added to the list of voided characters. Permanent transfers can be transferred back into Delvorina by the person who transferred them out or a new owner, but will gain a new ID#, new information, and the old version will not be removed from the list of voided characters. If this is done too many times the character will not be allowed back into Delvorina, regardless of who owns them.
• Impermanent transfers out of Delvorina will not void the Doll as the Delvorinan Doll version still exists and is usable. If the impermanent transfer is made permanent then what is done with permanent transfers will happen.
• Dolls in Delvorina can be used outside of it too.
• If you are leaving The World of Delvorina you can have your Dolls voided, you can permanently transfer them out of Delvorina, you can sell/trade/gift them, or you can send them to a Staff Member so they can handle finding them a new owner (the character will be free, Staff will not make a profit off Dolls turned over to them).
• Deleting the profile of a Doll will cause them to be automatically voided.
• Selling/trading/gifting a Doll to another user without filling out and submitting the proper forms so information in the Archive can be updated will get the character voided after 7 days.
• If you are banned from The World of Delvorina, your Dolls will be voided.

Drothavese

• All Drothavesies need to be approved by a Staff Member.
• To make any Drothavese you need to be Level 2 or higher. Everyone can use any Standard, Optional, and Exclusive Traits. Banned Traits cannot be used by anyone.
• All Drothavese need one trait from the following sections in order to be approved: Eye Amount, Eye Color. Spine Shape, Chest Spines, Back Leg Spines, and Tail Spines. All Drothavese need two traits from the following sections in order to be approved: Eye Shape (1 Eye Shape, 1 Pupils) and Head Spines (1 under Mouth, 1 on Cheek).
• Drothavesies and Delvorinan Dolls can be hybrids. Drothavesies cannot be mixed with any other Species.
• Redesigns are allowed.
• The material your Drothavese is made of cannot be changed.
• To change a Drothavese's traits during a redesign you'll need one or more of the following items (depending on what you are going to change): Red Paper Slip, Orange Paper Slip, Yellow Paper Slip, Green Paper Slip, Blue Paper Slip, Purple Paper Slip, and/or Scissors.
• Drothavesies cannot be Co-Owned.
• You can transfer characters in and out of Delvorina as long as the designer of the character is okay with it. Characters that are transferred in or out and have their original version deleted/voided/made no longer usable are referred to here as permanent transfers. Characters that are transferred in or out for AUs and/or alt. forms/versions while still retaining the original version are referred to here as impermanent transfers.
• Permanent transfers of Drothavesies out of Delvorina will void the Drothavese. This means all their information in the Archive will be deleted and they'll be added to the list of voided characters. Permanent transfers can be transferred back into Delvorina by the person who transferred them out or a new owner, but will gain a new CID#, new information, and the old version will not be removed from the list of voided characters. If this is done too many times the character will not be allowed back into Delvorina, regardless of who owns them.

• Drothavese in Delvorina can be used outside of it too.
• If you are leaving The World of Delvorina you can permanently transfer your Drothavesies out of Delvorina, you can sell/trade/gift them, or you can send them to a Staff Member so they can handle finding them a new owner (the character will be free, Staff will not make a profit off Drothavesies turned over to them).

Indrurs

• Indrurs cannot currently be made as they are still a WIP.

Saixnesh

• All Saixneshes need to be approved by a Staff Member.
• To make any Saixnesh you need to be Level 6 or higher, at Level 6 everyone receives Level 1 Rights for Saixnesh. With Level 1 Rights you can use Standard Traits.
• To make a Saixnesh with Optional and Exclusive Traits you'll need one of these items: Abandoned Silver Saixnesh Figurine, Abandoned Gold Saixnesh Figurine, or Vibrant Saixnesh Figurine.
• You can only use the traits available for the type of MYO/Rights you have (ex. if you have an Abandoned Silver Saixnesh Figurine then you can use Standard and Optional Traits, Exclusive Traits are not available with an Abandoned Silver Saixnesh Figurine).
• Any traits listed as banned cannot be used.
• All Saixnesh need at least one trait from the following sections in order to be approved: Eyes (1-27), Bulbs, Head Fins, and Body Fins.
• Saixneshes and Delvorinan Dolls can be hybrids. Saixneshes cannot be mixed with any other Species.
• Redesigns are allowed.
• The material your Saixnesh is made of cannot be changed.
• To change a Saixnesh's traits during a redesign you'll need one or more of the following items (depending on what you are going to change): Red Paper Slip, Orange Paper Slip, Yellow Paper Slip, Green Paper Slip, Blue Paper Slip, Purple Paper Slip, and/or Scissors.
• Saixneshes cannot be Co-Owned.

Exploration Rules

• You must be at least Level 1 to explore.
• Do not beg for a different result/complain about the results of your exploration. Each result is determined by a random generator.
• Do not post another exploration request until your previous exploration has been replied to.
• Only the following Staff/Helpers can post exploration responses: Owner, Co-Owners, Moderators, and Guides.
• You can only send Player Characters and Companions that you own exploring. You can not use Custom NPCs, True NPCs, and other people's characters for exploration.
• Art/Writing is not required, however it will increase the amount of Leveling Points you get.
• To redeem Leveling Points, you want to go here and fill out the appropriate form.

Buying/Selling Rules

• You must follow the seller's ToS if you get something from them/try to get something from them.
• Upselling (purchasing a product to resell for a higher value) is prohibited.
• Anything made by a character creator app/website can not be sold, this includes anything that was redrawn with no changes to the design to make it unique. If it is redrawn to where it cannot be replicated within the app/website, then it can be sold.
• False bidding/false offers are not allowed. False bidding/offers are things like: offering for/bidding on an adopt and failing to uphold your end of the transaction, not doing your part of an art/character trade, and backing out of something without a proper reason. Some exceptions may be made based on circumstances.

Role Play and RPG Rules

• RP and RPGs must be kept in the proper forums.
• Don't try to force anyone into anything they're not okay with.
• If someone gives a list of rules for an RP/RPG they've made and you agree to them then they must be followed.
• All RPs/RPGs must abide by the community's rules too.
• Certain topics that may be seen as offensive are okay to some extent within RPs/RPGs as long as all participants have stated that they are okay with it, but taking it too far and/or directing it at people OOC will get you in trouble.

Note: Refunds are not issued if something you purchased is revoked from you. By joining The World of Delvorina you agreed to follow the rules and that these would be the actions taken if you broke any rules.

Stage 1: Warning

People here will be given a warning based on the rules broken. No penalty is given here, and depending on the rules broken people may be removed from this Stage after 1-3 months.

Stage 2: Warning + Penalty

People here will receive a warning based on the rules broken and will receive a penalty. People here will not be able to purchase/obtain any MYOs or Rights for two weeks (14 days), and may not be allowed to participate in some Events, Contests, and Raffles for two weeks (14 days). If they were a Staff Member they will be stripped of their status and they are not allowed to apply for a Staff position again. If they were a Community Helper they will be stripped of their status and barred from applying for any Community Helper positions for two months (60 days). If they have any Rights their Rights will be temporarily revoked for two months (60 days).

People here will be fined 10% of the Bits and Rings in their balance. For example, if they have a total balance of 60cr. then they will be fined 6cr., which leaves them with a balance of 54cr.

Stage 3: Warning + Penalty

People here will receive a warning based on the rules broken and will receive a penalty. People here will not be able to purchase/obtain anything from the Shop for two months (60 days), and will not be allowed to participate in Events, Contests, and Raffles for two months (60 days). If they were a Staff Member they will be stripped of their status and they are not allowed to apply for a Staff position again. If they were a Community Helper they will be stripped of their status and they are not allowed to apply for a Community Helper position agains. If they have Delvorinan Doll Level 1 Rights, Drothavese Rights, Indrurs Level 1 Rights, and/or Saixnesh Level 1 Rights, their Rights will be temporarily revoked for six months (180 days). If they had Delvorinan Doll Level 2 Rights, Indrurs Level 2 Rights, and/or Saixnesh Level 2 Rights, their rights will be permanently revoked.

People here will be fined 30% of the Bits and Rings in their balance. For example, if they have a total balance of 60cr. then they will be fined 18cr., which leaves them with a balance of 42cr.

People here will receive a warning based on the rules broken and will receive a penalty. People here will not be able to purchase/obtain anything from the Shop for six months (180 days), and will not be allowed to participate in Events, Contests, and Raffles for six months (180 days). If they were a Staff Member they will be stripped of their status and they are not allowed to apply for a Staff position again. If they were a Community Helper they will be stripped of their status and they are not allowed to apply for a Community Helper position agains. If they had any Rights their Rights will be permanemtly revoked.

People here will be fined 80% of the Bits and Rings in their balance. For example, if they have a total balance of 60cr. then they will be fined 48cr., which leaves them with a balance of 12cr.

Stage 5: Ban

People here are banned, meaning all their characters in The World of Delvorina are voided, any sort of status they had will be stripped from them, and they are not allowed to do anything related to The World of Delvorina.

You can appeal any Stages you're placed in. Please contact Bluekittyhorse, the Owner, about the situation with information on why you were warned/punished, which Staff Member handled the situation, when it happened, and why you're appealing the decision.
