Rais's position in regards to other countries revolves around what Rais can get from them and if they're a threat or not.
Ythers'Narth [At War] - A deposit of the floating stone used to power airships was found in the no man's land between Ythers'Narth and Rais and the already strenious relationship between the two countries became an all out war over it.
Sou [Positive] - Rais appriciates Sou staying out of their wars as well as their management of internation affairs.
Londael [Allied] - Londeal supplies Rais with weaponry and new technology that helps them get an edge in any wars they take part in so Rais is happy to keep a tight grip on their alliance with Londael.
Si Sa Nga [Neutral] - Si Sa Nga is not at the top of the priority list... for now.
Yeigh-Xan [Negative] - The ally of an enemy is also an enemy but the island country isn't something Rais can do anything about at the moment.
Iridia [Neutral] - Rais is mostly uninterested in trade good Irida provides and doesn't see the country as a threat so doesn't care much about it.
