Azrael

**ABSTRACT**

Azrael initially comes across as an asshole and that’s because he is. It is as simple as that! He finds humor in pulling elaborate and sometimes harmful pranks on his friends and family. No one knows why he chooses to act the way he does and the world sees him as a lowlife. It is amazing he managed to find a mate and have a child. Many suspect that girls are attracted to his bad boy attitude.

**BACKGROUND**

Azrael is a simple soul. He likes to prank and tease anyone he comes across. He is Aiko’s cousin and she has never been able to stand him. Surprisingly enough he has never taken his pranks as far as stealing or physically hurting people. So there is some hope for him yet. 

It appears like he does not have self awareness or the ability to see how his actions affect others. It would be great to say that after meeting Azami and having their child Chisae that he is now a changed man but unfortunately not. Many often wonder what it is Azami see’s in him as he is basically a deadbeat dad. 

He does love and appreciate his daughter but he does very little to be there for her to help Azami to raise her. Azami tends to blame herself for his behavior and lack of care. All of the other girls often show up to try and knock some sense into him. One of the main people who come after him is Chouko. She takes serious offense to his behavior and is often seen dragging him around and forcing him to behave.

One of the few good things about him is that he does not mean to behave the way he does, he just cannot comprehend what he should be doing. All he needs is someone to give him exact directions on what they expect from him and he will do it. If he were really that bad of a guy then he would have been outcast from the family a long time ago.

He is a #badboy who does whatever he wants whenever he wants. Many girls are attracted to him for this very reason and many think they can change him for the better. Unfortunately his behavior is so frustrating many give up as soon as they start. 

He tends to keep his thoughts and feelings to himself and this causes him to act out in a negative way for attention. Azami has managed to make a lot of progress with him and hopes that one day she can pull him out of his shell.

**RELATIONSHIPS**

**Azami** His mate and mother of his child. Azrael loves her deeply but often does not know how to express this properly. He does manage not to prank her and for the most part treats her very well. Unfortunately he does not do a very good job helping her take care of their daughter but does not mean for things to be that way. All he wants is to make her happy and he is very grateful to have her in his life. He often expresses his love by bringing her flowers and trinkets. What he doesn’t realize is all she wants is for him to be a good father to their daughter and be with her forever.

**Chisae** His cute little pink daughter. Azrael is often confused on how to act around her. He rarely knows what to say and has an awkward parenting style. He never expected to have children but does not regret having her. But unfortunately he deeply struggles in knowing what type of care a child needs. His best effort is to involve her in his pranks and this upsets Azami as she does not want her daughter to become a prankster heathen 2.0. Chisae often plays along as she is just happy to be spending time with her father. 

**Aiko** His sweet empath cousin who does no wrong. He is annoyed at how irritatingly perfect she is in his eyes. This goody little two-shoes rubs his fur the wrong way. He feels like she is always trying to show off at how good she is to steal all the attention and he resents her for it. He takes his frustrations out on her by making her one of the main targets of his pranks and teasing. He does not realize that deep down it is because he is jealous of her but hopefully one day he will come to this realization. He does not hate her but he is annoyed by her. He hates to admit that he is grateful for her presence in his life and how her and Hollow will often watch Chisae for him whenever he needs it. 

**Chouko** She is the slap of sense he needs in his life. He is afraid of her and the wrath he faces from her any time she catches him slipping up with his daughter. He is happy to have someone who will call him out on his shit but does not enjoy being dragged around by the scruff and parented by this fiery white and red demon.
