Might be a bit of a stretch, but though Morgan himself isn't explicitly based on celtic or gaelic mythology, then his concept includes the fact that he's the lover of the Leanan Sidhe. So I'd say that the mythology of said cultures is a big part of his make-up.
Does anyone here have any characters with direct or partial reference/inspiration from Gaelic/Celtic nations or culture? Been on TH for a while and haven't seen many. If you do, tell me all about them!!!!
I'll go first with Bedwyr. Despite being a fantasy character, his inspirations are on the nose, with many odes to Welsh iconography and alike—a big dragon man with a soft heart.

maybe more interesting (celtic mythology inspired not just someone who is celtic) he's not on here but also i have a phouka oc he's sal's worst ex-boyfriend they had to break up bc being around him was rotting sal from the inside literally lol
