Ask a question to the above person's OC

Posted 7 years, 6 months ago (Edited 6 years, 9 months ago) by Amvira varkarrus

So it'll go like this: A person posts a question to the above user's OC. Then, after a new person posts a question, the first person edits their post to have an answer.

Something like

Person A: (posts a question to the above person)

Person B: Does (person A) like cupcakes?

then Person A edits their post so it's like

Person A: (posts a question to the above person)
I do like cupcakes!

Person B: Does (person A) like cupcakes?

Person C: Could (person B) defeat Goku in a fight?

then

Person A: (posts a question to the above person)
I do like cupcakes!

Person B: Does (person A) like cupcakes?
No, I absolutely could not take Goku on in a fight, have you seen that guy?

Person C: Could (person B) defeat Goku in a fight?

EDIT: Try and ask questions that lead to the development of characters!

EDIT2: Cant believe this needs to be said, but make your posts legible!!!!

EDIT3: Also. Read the person's profile before you ask a question!
Follow these rules or I'll implement a banlist!

I'll edit this post to include a response to the next person's question, once somebody posts!

(re: "Do you enjoy sitting in a garden to relax?")
"A garden? Pfeh! What kind of pansy-ass garbage is that? Lemme tell you how I relax! A warm, musty couch, some snacks, and video games! Hah!" ((But to be honest, she might enjoy just lounging around under a tree on a hot day))

Xaanik Aarix

"have any of your victims ever put up a reasonable fight? I know you regenerate quickly, but has anyone come close to putting an end to you before?"

--

"I'm... Trying." Xaanik looks away.

"I'm better than I was, that's for sure. Used to be more like a computer than a person. At least I can stand up for myself nowadays." he offers an unhappy smile.

"I've still got a long way to go. Longer than I thought. It's so much easier to serve others than myself. But it's happening, if slowly."

Databuffer

"Do you make efforts to be more of an individual? Or do you given into your nature to obey others without any real thought?"

--

"The alias 'Surgeon' was chosen for me by my handler, Jonathan Strauss. While I have no medical knowledge, he saw my abilities to surgically remove, or plant thoughts and ideas into the minds of others to be qualification enough to give me the name.

However I tend to be refered to as I8-3F in almost all circumstances, except for in public documents, or channels."

Naria Kaneko YunaNoire

"Is there a story behind your alias...? If not, then why choose surgeon...?"

Damian Naldran

Have you ever programmt something you Love now but hated it wile you worked on it?

Yes i have something... My Godunkle Niak Drol ... He is very string and you sould not make him angry! I Shiftet into him to fool his wife but she used to be angry at him and i know now why niak hides under the table when she's angry.. and he used to be angry to and i had to clean up the wole house after he had a big party as Punishment... I realy regret shifting into him!

Amira Shugahime

"Is there anything you have ever regretted shapeshifting into?'

Kenshin Yamada PicklePantry

"So, like, you're basically immortal, right? Is that the kind where you don't age or where you can't get killed easily? What's it like seeing the rise of all this technology? And hey, if you ARE the kind of immortal that can heal fast, like... if your head gets cut off can you still feel it? Like, can you talk with that head and see through it? Do you grow a new one??"

"I remember everything about him and it f-cking sucks. We used to hang out all the time at school, even after. I took flower arranging lessons just because his family worked in that business. You know he was ugly back then? I'm not being mean, he really was. That look he has now is all surgery. Only I know what he was like before, and I still loved him! Ever since I started flower arranging I... I don't know, I just knew.
"Sometimes I want to quit this stupid band and just go back home, you know? You know I'm pretty good at baseball? I would've probably gotten more into it if I didn't get obsessed. But then I see him and how he acts now and I just... I can't forgive him. I just can't."

 Kit Issac Tracy detectivekit

"Do you have any memories you hold dear to you of your... former friend? When did you first realize your feelings towards him? And... as painful as it must be for you, have you ever considered trying to move on? To forgive?"

--

Edit: Oh boy, this answer might take a while I think you're really making him think. (His black and white, good vs evil viewpoint is such a big thing for him, he lives by it, so this'll be fun.) Edit 2: There's going to be a lot more internal monologue than external dialogue so be prepared. Thanks for the fun question! (PS: He's still thinking about this even now, he's not even 100% sure on his answer.)

“That's... very specific.” Was this... something he'd personally experienced before? “I'll start with this: no matter the circumstance, killing should be avoided. That should be an absolute last resort... However...” There was a pause. Who was the worse one in that situation? Both resulted in suffering, both resulted in crime, and both possibly resulted in death. To him, evil was cruel, merciless, and someone who had only the worst of intentions, committing such gruesome crimes without the slightest hint of regret or any desire to repent. Kidnapping, human experiments, and torture? The thought of someone having to suffer through that, day in, day out, the very thought of it made him sick. No... whoever this tormentor was, how could he call him anything other than evil? Yet, to rid the world of such a villain, his life had to be taken. With arson... Kit knew it had to have been a slow death. Were there others who died in the process as well? Or was it just the tormentor? He wanted to say that killing someone was evil, wrong, no matter what, well, he did already say that it should be avoided no matter the circumstance... no taking that back. He still believed that, but, if they had no other choice, if the only option they had was to sit there and wait for help that would never come... “... However... if the act was done with the best of intentions, if there was nothing else that could be done, if the death of one man could save the lives of so many others... I can only say... it's understandable. I still don't condone such an action, but... sometimes, like in many stories, the villain must die. I would prefer if said tormentor could be tried under the law, but it sounds like circumstances would never allow for that. Of course, if not just the single man died in the fire, and innocent lives were lost... then... I honestly don't know what would have been worse... Innocent lives would be hurt either way, this... I suppose is what they'd call a gray zone?” Not that he could understand it in the first place... Both actions were evil in that case, neither should have been done.

“As for the victim...” There was another pause. Someone completely changed by the experiments, an empty shell of one who once held their own individual personality and felt emotions like any other... now nothing. They didn't even have any sort of thought anymore? No, could you call that a person anymore? Is this what this tormentor had done to someone? It seems he wasn't wrong in his assumption that this man was evil... “A... tough decision, depending on if you're close to the person or not... If all is lost for good, if there's no chance of them ever regaining these things... Maybe, it would be best to give them a merciful death... The thought is truly horrible, the idea of someone simply rotting away until there is not a single breath left... I can't say what is truly the better option, and I don't think I myself could bring myself to do even that for someone. But that's unfortunately the best solution I could come up with.”

[ OC; Ahaha, aww, no worries! Take your time! Hal likes to throw out the hard hitting questions-- especially since this is the sort of thing he's lived through and had to do. His moral compass is a bit skewed, honestly-- he's in an assassination team created to take out extremely corrupt individuals, in order to prevent more tragedies from occurring , so he seems to be asking in a mix of genuine curiousity and wanting to make things a little uncomfortable for Kit. Whoops... ;;
Edit: Oooh, that was a fun read! <3 Haha, thanks for the detailed answer, I enjoyed it! Hal did too. <3]

"... Aaahaha! You're the sort that believes in good vs. evil, aren't ya~ Say, someone committed arson to prevent someone from doing human experiments and torture, but the tormentor is still inside while the building's on fire. What's worse, the tormentor or the one who killed him in order to stop him from kidnapping and torturing? Or... Say, there was a victim of the torture-- they've had various surgeries forced on them, and they're basically just a breathing body that no longer has a personality, or thought process. No longer capable of emotion. Would it be better to put 'em out of their misery or leave 'em there to rot?"

~*~

"Oh, yeah, I can do other sounds~" Halcyon's eyes brighten slightly, as if the prospect of possibly getting to demonstrate his abilities simply makes his day. Though, he pauses after another beat, expression morphing into something a little more contemplative. "Well... depends on the sound too, though. I can't really do an explosion, y'know? S'just too loud. I don't have that sorta volume capacity, but... it'd be pretty fun if I did."

 Mal Oakford BlankStorefront

"Oh, my... so, you have the ability to mimic voices perfectly... how about other sounds? It's kind of chilling to imagine that."

---

Mal tenses up a lot.
"... Yeah, it wasn't a very good time. Ergh... probably the worst... thing I did during a fit was during my infection." Mal chokes up slightly. "... uhm, back when Leo was living with Amy and I... I don't know. I was having an outburst and he was trying to calm me down, but it just wound me up more." Mal pauses and stares blankly. "Well... I struck him. ... He wasn't injured too badly, but it... really hurt his trust in me, and downright shattered Oliv's." Mal tears up a bit.
"... This happened around five years ago. Things have been patched up since then and they're both still some of my closest friends. ... I'm really still trying to work on my anger management. At least, nothing to that affect has happened since."

Why are you so frighten ? My sensors show me that you are weak, but shouldn´t your infected servants protect you ?

Earth through metal ? No that is wrong. I dont use earth through metal, i use metal through the elemental control of earth.
That is possible because metal is a part of the earth.
A better question would be, why you can only use metal throught the elemental control of earth ?
The answer would be, that the vampiric soul, that give me the abiliie to use the elementals, is very weak and metal is a part of my body thats why its easier for the vampiric soul to connect to that part of this element.
(The whole answer was spoken without any emotions)

Mara Vangeist dogstarlite

"Controlling earth through metal? How does that work?"

---

"Mm, it comes pretty naturally, I guess. I just think about it, and it deserves what I want. And yeah  I really only use it for practical reasons. Hiding myself in shadow if I need to get away unnoticed, form it into weapons if I'm in trouble... Dense shadow will punch as hard as a dagger."

Artemis kirakiraprince

"How do you control the shadows? Do you do it often, or only for practical reasons?"

( Edit: there it is ^^ )

"Oh. That's rather tricky to give a clear answer for." She pondered for a minute or two. "I'm not sure I can give you the answer you are looking for, but I can give you some insight," she started after collecting her thoughts. "I was, essentially, born from nature, but was never actually "born" like humans and animals are. One moment I did not exist, and the next, I was sitting on the ground in the middle of a forest in a pile of Frangipanis. I wasn't the only one way back then. There was another forest guardian besides me. She said that a famous women who lived to preserve forests and nature had recently died and that the Plumeria Frangipani was her favorite flower. She told me that her passion to preserve nature is what brought me into existence, and a patch of frangipanis appeared under me when I came into existence. She was the one who showed me what needed to be done, what I could do, and how to interact with the villagers. They all loved her and even built a shrine for her part of the forest. One day, a forest fire broke out in her area during one hot summer. It spread and spread until all of her forest area to protect was burned to the ground, her shrine destroyed, and like that, she was dead. I got caught in it trying to find her, not realizing that she was already gone. A large tree branch broke off of a burning tree, and then I was unconsious. I woke up in a smoldering field of ash, covered in frangipanis. I could get all of them off, except for one. I tried removing it, I actually did once, but that lead to a severe injury and a lot of blood loss. It grew back after that, and I never tried removing it since. If anything, removing the flower is dangerous for me since I almost died the first and only time I tried to." Artemis gave a light smile. " I do hope that helped with your questions."

Crowley Naldran

"why and how is your left eye replaced by a flower ? how is it posible the flower grows without being dangerous for you?"

"hmm i cant realy remember noramly dragons find out about thyre elemnts wehn they have the first kontact with it. like putting a hand on a hot hotplate as a Fire dragon. But i cant remember how it used to be when i wars jung. i only now i had used my elements without noticing it like making a little storm insted of just blowing candles out. Sometimes i changed the shape of my shadow and scared other children with it but i didn't realized it until the others run away. Later i lerned how to controll it the way i didn't use it uncontrolled anymore.

natalia lauritsen melchior

"How did you initially find out about your dragon abilities? Did you always know, or was it something that you discovered about yourself?"

"Oh, I'm not sure I actually remember being concussed, since it was more like being asleep than something like a coma. It's sort of complicated, really - I remember when it happened, and the fact that I was in hospital afterwards, but I don't seem to remember much of what the hospital was like.. all I know from that part is that there were therapists involved, and flash cards, all that fancy stuff. As for the actual accident, it was kind of surreal, being in that state. I recall shouting a few moments before, and then right after when the car crashed. I felt really dizzy, I either lost my sight for a moment or just kept my eyes shut.. I get mixed up with what happened exactly, though. I don't remember much from the hospital apart from having, like, the worst headache of my life for a week, or something, as well as being really dizzy. It makes you feel so nauseous, honestly - I don't recommend it. I remember a little more nearer to my hospital discharge, where they tried to interrogate me, I think? Apparently, the impact caused me to lose the ability to make new long-term memories, and I had to rely on my short-term until the swelling went down, which must've been inconvenient. It was a case of acute anterograde amnesia, if I'm not mistaken - we briefly covered it when I was studying for my forensics degree a few years back."
