MinJing (Chinese: 敏精 Mĭn Jīng), commonly known as MinMin by her guests and acquaintances, is a Tea sommelier that currently resides in Inazuma and is the owner of Mian Tea Shop she runs at Inazuma City. She also has a Tea Shop at Liyue Harbor who is ran by Bunmei.

"Mian Tea Shop's owner. A elegant young woman that displays a bright and cheery demeanor, always having a smile on her face regardless of the situation she is in. She has been running the Mian Tea shop for some years already since her parents passed away and it was inherited by them at a young age, being known for being affordable and of a very big quality where due to its great reputation abroad, especially in Inazuma, she got the opportunity to open a new Tea Shop in that nation."

MinMin is a woman with whom it is quite easy to get along. Is bright, has a positive energy and cheery but calm demeanor that makes it easy to get on contact with her. 

One of Minmin's most defining characteristics is always being positive about something and then, when it goes bad, blames herself and gets into a kind of depressive, funny-like, moment ducking her head and sighing hopelessly. Usually, she does not tend to last too long in this state, as it is enough to invite her to drink some rice liquor or simply try to cheer her up with anything positive, even if it sounds crazy and unreal, as things like that will make her laugh.

According to most of the people that knows her, she is sometimes described as someone who cares a lot about others and is willing to help them in anything she can, expecting always nothing in return. Even if that means, depending of the situation, denying a payment for her help. This is connected to the fact she is the reincarnation of a deity that went under the name Loannam or Hǔ Liàng who gave her life in the past in exchange of helping another being. According to the stories of the elders, and tales and books that can be found around Liyue about this deity, it was that the presence and help of this Loannam was as warm as the embrace of a mother. 

As Loannam, according to the book "Tales of the guiding light tiger", the Deity used to be considered a kind of protective spirit in the past that appeared in the form of a white tiger made of light during the night in front of lost travelers and merchants to guide them in their way to find the nearest place human presence or back to the main road. True to this, MinMin burst is the representation of a tiger made of fire.

It is not unknown that MinMin is the reincarnation of Hǔ Liàng, but MinMin has taken it upon herself to make people to not see her as such, but as just another human being because that's what she is. Just because she's the reincarnation of a deity doesn't make her any more special than the rest. And specially, she is not Loannam or Hǔ Liàng either. Her born name is MinJing and thats it.

Everyone in Liyue has at least heard of MinMin herself, or about the Owner of the Eccentric Tea Shop within Liyue Harbor. MinMin is known for her exquisite creations of tea, using unique infusions from plants, herbs, flowers, fruits, among others. People from around Teyvat come to be acquainted with her fine brand. She has a spectacular eye for tastes, knowing the sorts of creations to come by, especially for the elderly. They often felt more rejuvenated and energised after drinking MinMins gorgeous crafts. MinMin’s teas have even been recommended by the Owner of Bubu Pharmacy, Baizhu: cataloging some of her more “smooth energy” teas- similar to her own personality

She is presented at first as a kind of cheerful but mysterious woman who tends to help travelers, specially those who lacks visions, at night around Liyue who are lost guiding them to the nearest place with human pressence and protecting them from any danger that might occur.

Is later revealed that she is the current vessel of Loannam, a magical being and mayor Deity who used to be considered a kind of protective spirit in the past that was adored in some small towns that doesn't exist anymore. It was believed that she had died in the Archon War and her track was lost

Loannam was not interested in becoming a Archon, but somehow she got into the war and got badly wounded. While trying to scape, and thanks to her enormous magical powers at that time, she managed to seal herself for around a thousand years until her seal broken about 80 years before the destruction of Khaenri'ah. She was found by a herbalist woman named Mian, whom who gave her the name of MinJing since Loannam was too lost and weak to speak. MinJing lived with Mian the next years, and learned how to live among mortals and in a short time MinJin became a Tea expert, and also, slowly both of them started to fall in love.

MinJing, being able to live for centuries, saw her lover die of old age. Due to this, and to keep it in her memory, she decided to open a Tea Shop with her name.

The time passed and the Cataclysm occurred. At this time she was living near the shore and found a basket with a baby with dog ears in it and a note.
"His name is Inuzuki Bunmei, from Inazuma. Please take care of him and give him a family."
