Greyhound is Grandfather's only pet since it was a small kit. Greyhound resides by him majority of the time, whether it be in his home or his office. He's always thumping around outside of his little cage. As of right now, Greyhound is a little bit more towards the older side of rabbits.
However, there is something more about Greyhound that Atticus doesn't know about...
Waltz has clashed with Grandfather since they've first met. And it wouldn't be much of a surprise if Frederick has been hired to kill the President of the Demos Corp. But Atticus has his ways of figuring out how to survive Frederick's attempts of killing him.
And to taunt him, he'd somehow find out Freddy's identity, only to pop in and out of his private life as if they were old acquaintances.
And only to find out Atticus's son is the husband of his beloved Charlotte, he and Grandfather are often at odds when they see each other in family gatherings.
Demos has mistaken Taka as a Yakuza, which immediately started his feud between the two of them. He doesn't consider Nobuataka as a rival, but rather belittles him whenever he gets the opportunity.
However, he visits Taka's restaurants several times, hoping he'd have a meal with him.
Like Fredrick's situation, Grandfather discovers that their grandchildren eventually marry. This tenses up the family gatherings even more every time they caught eyes.
Akuma left Japan as soon as he found the Yamatando-kai were out for his own blood. Instead of allowing himself to be killed for his family, he instead fled Japan and his old syndicate life overseas.
Grandfather started off with very little in his pockets, and spent his time working in a small business that was owned by Vlad, whom extended his hands to Akuma's situation. With Vlad's help, he had the freedom to change his alias to Atticus. He left Vlad's business reach new heights with his new identity, but he keeps Vlad in contact as he is grateful for his help years ago.
Not only he is rather appreciative of Vlad's support, their sons Adam and Junior are also friends as well.
Colton is a rather interesting individual, whom he works with in the Business world. Becoming friends with him is a business opportunity to extend out into something different for a fresh change of his line of work. This time he partners with Colton, into creating a handsome bar business known as the "Fox's Den". The bar is rather a guise to the black market business for weapons trading; both legal and illegal sense.
However, Colton also sends his partner Ethan to help out with Grandfather's secretarial problems. Ethan, only hoping that he was there to pleasure Grandfather - didn't expect Atticus to be so uninterested in that idea and simply demands the young man to literally become his secretary.
Atticus knowns of Oda's connection to the Yamatando-kai. And sure as hell, he knows about how Oda being the Clan's strongest general just means that Moga is out in his city to Grandfather's blood.
Yet, Atticus has no hatred for the clan even if he felt betrayed after years of working for him. Grandfather has attempted to work with Mogamachi and his family to halt their hunt, without trying to hurt any of them. Yet, Oda, concerned about the downfall of the Yamatando-kai, works tirelessly to take home Akuma's head.
Jey was once a young man who's been Atticus's companion during his years of climbing up the corporate ladder. However, Grandfather ended up choosing his work over his lover, and broke up with Walker soon after.
Yet Atticus's feelings towards him, even if he's an old man now, has never faltered. He'd help Jey whenever the poor man was in trouble, and let alone took drastic measures in order to keep him alive.
Gil has been on Grandfather's radar for years, knowing that it would have made Gil's grandfather happy even after his death. Atticus knows about Gil's whereabouts and his objectives, and knows fairly well that the Gil is after Grandfather for answers about Jey's death.
In the meantime, Grandfather is simply waiting for Walker to finally find him. He laughs at the fact that he was at his closest when Gil was dating his beloved daughter Lucia.
For some reason he and Grandfather know each other but the relationship is unknown. Atticus doesn't want to talk about him with others.
"Leon? I don't know what you're talkilng about."
However, those that know about the connection between the two only speak vaguely about it. Grandfather only SOMETIMES supports Leon and is rather hesitant about learning more about his... eccentric hobbies and talents. Otherwise every once in a while he checks up on him, hoping that Leon would at least listen to his parental nagging.
