• unicorn/dragon pouf
• he is possessed by a vespire Solus 
  • I have yet to figure out why she possesses him and I have no real good ideas atm lol
    • she's just kinda there :)
    • (tbh I just wanted vespire Solus to exist but also not make her an actual character in ARPG. since I just had a cursed effigy around I figured why not just attach her to Yuki via possession lol)
  • Solus can't really be seen by most Bellacostians! because she is Ghost
    • but those who are spiritually sensitive or have dreamweaver affinity may be able to see her!
  • Yuki's hat has googly eyes on it that can be manipulated by Solus so she can be percieved by those unable to see her
  • Solus does not want to Deal with the world most of the time, so she just kinda sleeps a lot or silently observes Yuki and their surroundings
    • She does try to be awake when Yuki is sleeping though, in order to keep watch and wake Yuki if there's danger
    • She pretty much takes on a spotter/scout role for Yuki and covers his blind spots and lets him know what's around corners and whatnot
  • Usually communicates with Yuki via grunts/growls/body language
    • if absolutely needed she could talk, but it's a choked whisper
    • or maybe since they're both tied to each other, perhaps they can communicate via telepathy of sorts?  
  • Yuki doesn't talk much either, so they just kinda both enjoy each others company in silence
• a knight! and a very Strong one too
  • tfw I gotta do the prompts to make him tier 3 knight but I am Determined
• have yet to figure out exactly why his horn was broken off but here are ideas
  • his knightly duties gained him some enemies. he got ambushed and was tortured and had his horn forcibly broken off
    • maybe he was also hated for how he's a dragon pouf with aventre ancestry and being as successful as he was as a knight  
      • there's Official Lore that dragon pouflons have a harder time fitting into pouflon society so I'm thinking Yuki was kinda discriminated against lol
  • I do kinda like the idea though that his horn was broken off by some Evil Ursuki/Vesp who tried to eat his horn for Power
    • a legend in an ursuki/vesp village that consuming a pouflon's horn will greatly increase your magic?
    • a rumor among ursukis that consuming a pouf's horn will restore their magic reserves, thus not needing to hibernate
    • Yuki got overwhelmed and his horn broken, but was able to save his horn from being eaten
  • I imagine restoring his broken horn would be near impossible, and so Yuki doesn't bother trying to get it back
• after losing his horn, he lost most of his magic abilities
  • (though not like he was ever a big magic user in the first place lol, since he's a knight and not a mage)
  • he became unable to fly as well as he used to. taking his wings out and focusing on flying became much more difficult
    • he pretty much just doesn't fly anymore unless absolutely needed
  • learning elemental magic feels near impossible for him now
  • he's mainly now limited to basic pouflon magic, which is pretty much just object manipulation for the most part
    • he honed this skill though and is really good at manipulating several objects at once while also moving his body
      • basically, he has some real good swordplay. can't do any fancy magic tricks but boy can he Sword
    • he fights by swinging his sword around with magic!
      • but also has another small blade he holds in his mouth, to defend himself in in case anyone breaks through main defense
      • maybe he also just has a whole bunch of daggers he surrounds himself with and throws around 
• he mostly quits being a knight after losing his horn
  • he ends up being taken in by Solo and basically becomes her bodyguard/employee
    • Solo is actually more than capable of defending herself just fine, she just doesn't like getting her pooves dirty and would rather leave it to Yuki lol
• he's pretty self conscious about his broken horn
  • he was actually quite proud of his horn, as it was proof of him having aventre ancestry
  • he grew out his hair in order to hide it
  • he also wears a hat to further help hide it
    • a majority of his hats are actually gifts from Solo
      • when they first met, she noticed how self conscious and upset he was from losing his horn, and so she went out and bought a hat for him as a gift to help cheer him up and hide the broken spot
        • Yuki is forever grateful to Solo for this
• relationships:
  • Solo: 
    • is a sort of boss/employee type of relationship. but also sorta a lady and her bodyguard/butler
    • Solo found him after his horn breaking incident and took him back to her place to patch him up
      • in return for being sheltered by Solo and for her kindness, Yuki just works for her and does whatever for her
        • he couldn't go back to his old life because Things happened and he pretty much had nowhere to go
      • Solo took him in because Reasons
        • he was the equivalent of a scared injured stray animal, she couldn't just leave him lol
        • (tbh I have a sort of idea that all my characters, no matter what AU they're in, are like, Soul Bound to each other and are unconsciously drawn to each other in whatever universe they're in)
    • their relationship isn't exactly romantic, but they aren't strangers either lol 
      • Solo enjoys teasing and flirting with him, because Yuki is not used to affection at all and she gets amused by his reactions
        • Solo also knows he won't do anything to her and so she just messes with him lol
          • she never pushes things too far though
    • Solo is aware of Solus and was the one who came up with the idea of putting googly eyes on Yuki's hat, so Solus can be around and seen in a way
      • Solo is friends with Solus and they both like to troll Yuki lol
