Love is SUCH a broad concept, in Rhelicha is takes many, many shapes and so there's no single god of Love. Instead, there are a bunch of deities who coves different corners, often overlapping each other. Poevelle is one such being.
His domain is 'viyshelovre' which is an old Dhomeneah word. 'Viyshe' translates to somethign like 'hushed/silent/secret' and 'Elovre' translates to 'love' - since it's a tad hard to describe using common, the word viyshelovre has just become one of those old words that people still occasionlly uses and knows, despite the fact that Dhomeneah is a language people don't really speak anymore.
In essence, Povelle's domain is a type of love that's meant to be kept private - be that a secret lover or inside jokes. It's more of a love languge, a way of expressing love that just takes the shape of something much more private.

Personality
Poevelle is a soft, elegant person. There's something super graceful in seeing him move about, whenever he is visible to others. He's always floating and as he walks, it seem like he is gracing water, with rings of light radiating with every step he takes. And whilst there is no doubt that Poevelle has a large heart of gold, you mustn't get completely fooled by his elegant manners. With part of his name, Viyshe, having a quite broad meaning, occasionally he is portrayed as a bit of a trickster. Someone who enjoys secretly and encoded messeges and will aid secret lovers or even affairs. Love is a complicated topic that often leads to a morally grey debate of what's right or wrong, and Povelle knows this better than anyone. As much as he just wants happiness for others, there are jsut some puzzles that can't be solved cleanly and there's some types of love that he still covers, that he don't really think is morally right. But love is complicated and so are morals. Poevelle doesn't seek to answer those issues as much as he just watches and aids those in need. People should be free to love and do as they wish, and whilst he'll give a lot of them his blessings and best wishes, he won't be there to shield them from consequences to their actions. He does hope however, that people found that the love was worth it.

- Being treated with too much idolization - Poevelle is very content being a minor deity and play more of a-- 'fairy godmother' role. People being overly humble and looking up to him makes him kind of uncomfortable, as most of the time he consides himself more like a spirit of nature. Just a bit higher standing and on a different topic.
Trivia
- Poevelle's wings are retractable and when they dissapear, they look like tattood wings on his back
- The lettering on his wings almost seem to swirl and move when you try to read them, as though it's a living language others cannot comprehend
- There are dedicated small religious groups who pray to Poevelle as a main deity, but in general he deity that often gets drowned out in the sea of gods. And if he's honest, he's quite okay with that
