As the eldest daughter of the Pattersons, Kiana had much to live up to. Her father was a retired professional boxer whilst her mother was a fitness nut, so likewise she was expected to keep up with her physique, something that made Kiana very conflicted throughout her life. She had a bit of low metabolism, so it was easy for food to pack on pounds in her, making exercising more tedious for it, didn't help that she was quite fond of gorging herself on meals. So she eventually came to try and find a balance between being healthy and chunky at the same time (some might call it "Muscle Chonk").

Kiana's family was also loaded with money, she always knew she could reliable buy whatever she felt like getting, loving to indulge in all the fun things she could purchase for herself. It got to her head at times. It was hard to break these habits as she was pampered and spoiled throughout most of her childhood. She loved to spend money on big fancy buffets for herself, treating herself like a queen.

But as Kiana grew older, she would notice her peers in school tried to pick on her more due to her weight, which she did not take kindly. With the constant bullying, she always felt like she was alone, and did not care much for other people getting in her business. That all changed when one day she saw a poor skunk mimi girl getting bullied and harassed for her skunky features. At first Kiana wanted to just ignore this, but something compelled her to go up and defend that girl, and driving away the bullies. She was not proud to assert herself so aggressively, but she's ultimately proud of what she did, and ended up befriending that skunk girl, Shera, and over time their bond would get more and more closer~. So for Kiana, it was all worth it to protect someone in need.
