Dr. Brioche, or "Bri" if you're close, is the head of the innovative and intelligent Medical Division of the Guild of Grains. She watches over her group diligently, and she's very serious about her job, but she's also equally friendly and warm to others. Many would describe her as "motherly", especially those in the Medical Division who look up to her.
