Created by Castiel/Cassiopeia, the Mew who created the realm of Cosmog's Crater, Kosmi is in charge of managing said realm in Cas's stead. Kosmi is a rather uncertain individual who isn't very confident in her realm-managing, people pleasing, or public speaking abilities, but she tries her hardest for her people and she actually does quite adequately. That doesn't save her from being at least a little bit stressed out at all times, though.

Kosmi spends mostly all of their time in The Observatory, which is basically her command center where she does all of her management work and keeps a watchful eye over the Crater. That is, unless her watchful eye happens to be on one of her favorite shows instead (Young folk will do as young folk do, as Cassiopeia has said about them before). 

Speaking of Cas, Kosmi looks up to them as a mentor and role model, as that's what they were to her when she was first created and assigned to manage the realm. They enjoy the times where Cas visits Cosmog's Crater and they get to catch up with each other, and she misses them when they go. However, sometimes she feels a tad bitter that they never seem to be around to guide her when the going gets tough, what with people trying to take over the Crater and the Rift going haywire and whatever other chaos the realm brings. Nevertheless, Kosmi has learned to push on without them, and it never fails to figure out some kind of fix for whatever issues may arise.
