Finnigan Clockfax

A young and studious teenage boy from a large household - he lives with both parents and all of his eight sisters. Finn is at a delicate age, and is very self-conscious and sensitive about how others might perceive him; as a result, he's grown something of a large ego, and considers himself to be above the common crowd. If their opinions don't matter as much as his own, then he has nothing to worry about. Nonetheless, it's no cure for insecurity, which he has in spades - particularly about his masculinity. It's very easy to tease and fluster him.

He thinks of himself as a detective, or at least a clever intellectual who has keener insight than the rest of the population. The jury is out on whether or not it's true. Either way, he certainly has the curiosity for it, and can never resist poking his nose where it doesn't belong. This means he can get on people's nerves at times. He's not terribly good at making friends, and tends to keep to himself most of the time.

Finn is a ravenous reader. When he's not reading, he's probably napping or skipping class.
