Ilja Ivanovich Volvitch

Through the use of sneaky tricky and manipulation, Ilja managed to elevate himself to the position of Gouvernour of the 69th colony, which he now rules with an iron fist. In his opinion, a cold heart is needed in order to survive ont he even colder surface of the planet Eon.

Ilja comes across as cold and distant, not allowing himself to enter interpersonal relationships of any kind. He doesn't need anybody to reach his goals and is of the firm belief other people only slow him down. He doesn't mind walking over bodies on his way to the top either.

Ilja harbours a deep disdain for his father, who, while he never got to know him, he had heard enough about from his adoptive mother. Everything she'd said about him Ilja interprets very negatively, no matter how benign it might have been.

Addressing his frail body is a mistake one won't be making twice. Ilja likes to... get rid of the people who annoy or displeasure him, or even go so far as to question his authority. Even if it's just spreading a rumour - the perpetrator will be shown absolutely no mercy, quite the opposite.
