Born to Penelope and Cameron O'Neal, Morgan is the second youngest of four children and doesn't come from much. Growing up, she swore like a sailor, a habit that has held up over the years, and trouble followed her almost everywhere, including highschool. She argued back to teachers she thought were being unfair and punched bullies when she saw them in the act. Her teachers viewed her as another incorrigible lost cause despite her high grades proving that there was an intelligent mind under her lazy demeanor. So, mostly out of spite, she decided to prove them wrong by being accepted into college on a full scholarship.
Despite this achievement, however, she didn't actually know what she wanted to do in life until halfway through her undergraduate degree. It was then that she had an epiphany about attending law school after trying to work out how she could defend people without getting into trouble. In the end, she managed to work her way into the student body of Harvard; one final 'fuck you' to her judgemental rich classmates.

- She has no sense of shame and no filter. She isn't afraid to speak her mind, argue back or confront someone doing something she considers wrong.
- She is the most successful O'Neal child along with her older sister, Natalie, who became a heart surgeon.
