Caleb was the captain of the spy division of the Heavenly army until Mordecai took over. He's Joshua's best friend, having lived as a human at the same time as Joshua, and became a warrior angel captain around the same time. Even though he's not allowed to use money, Caleb was able to barter his way up to a white motorcycle, as well as several cell phones that he's given to his subordinates in order to quickly pass messages to him.
personality
Caleb is overconfident and cocky, believing that things will work out in his favor even if he is at a severe disadvantage. He is passionate about his work, and he's very good at living among humans without breaking the angel laws.
trivia
Caleb very rarely wears a traditional angelic uniform, instead opting for a white leather biker jacket and white jeans.
His eyes don't reflect any light. Only when he's using angelic magic, they glow with white crosses.
He can hide his halo and wings to blend in with humans.
story
Caleb and Joshua launched an attack against Azazel, the Demon of Forbidden Knowledge, despite Gideon advising them not to. Even with their numerous warrior angels, without an archangel to back them up, they were overpowered by the demon, and the attack resulted in Joshua's wings being maimed and Caleb being killed. His death caused a chain of events fueled on revenge, tipping the tentative balance between Heaven and Hell and creating a full-frontal war.
