Jotham is Gideon's son and a prominent figure in the Heavenly Army. He is known for his expert spellcasting and powers of persuasion on humans. He is a skilled wordsmith and is a very passionate public speaker. Although he is extremely eloquent when given a script to follow, he stumbles over his words quite badly when talking freely, even in just a regular conversation. This causes many people to be quite impatient with him, as it often takes him a while to get to whatever point he is trying to make. Although he is a very capable angel, he has low self-esteem and does not hold a lot of confidence in his own ability.

Jotham doesn't really appear in the story at all, I just love him a lot.

Elisha is Jotham's best friend, and Jotham often visits Elisha when he's on Earth.

Jotham has dark skin and thick, curly gold hair. His eyes are a deep black. His wings often seem more unkempt than they are because his feathers are particularly fluffy and tend to stick up, no matter how much he preens them. Jotham wears a gold and black angelic uniform. His eyes glow with white crosses when using holy magic, and he can hide his wings and halo to blend in with humans.
