Profile
Romulus is a lesser spirit, sometimes called an admin, one of the creators of the Overworld, which means he's something like a personification of the realm. He is pretty morally bankrupt, though has certainly improved in recent times. He still sees no issue hurting or killing others so long as there’s good reason for it. Most of his morality is filtered through the lens of what Cephus would do, or what would be best for Cephus. He’s a megalomaniac who loves dramatic displays and conflict. He’s also British. However, he has a new appreciation for the struggles of mortals, and concedes that even though he made a world full of terrible people, some managed to turn out good despite that, and those people deserve better than what he put them through. Despite his self-centered-ness, he’s come to mistrust his own judgment.
History:
Romulus used to be close with his "siblings," but had a falling out. He went on a spite-fueled power trip and tried to steal his siblings' powers, but none of them could get a leg up on each other in the struggle. Each sectioned themselves off to parts of the realm far, far away from one another, staying that way for centuries. Romulus hid away and made himself a little ant farm to put his creations through trials for his entertainment, ignoring the rest of his realm entirely. It was only until very recently the human Pandora made a deal with one of his estranged siblings to take him down. Well, it was sort of his fault, he'd heard of the human's accomplishments and decided to toy with her for his own entertainment. They took away his power, and left him in a crumbling temple to die. However, one of Pandora's friends, one he'd brushed off as weak, rescued him. Weak as a mortal, now, he was left to be monitored by his rescuer, Cephus. Slowly, he came to care for the mortal.
Fun facts:
- Loves dresses. His true form has a dress, too
- The gray-red design is his true form!
- His powers are repressed via some runes; if they were destroyed, he'd get them back (so he's not allowed to know where they are.) However, he still has full control over his own body! This is why he can change his form, despite no longer having control of the world around him.
- Slowly becoming obsessed with farming root vegetables
