Tasked with the assassination of Payne by a strange anonymous tip, he researches the origins of the job and finds an organization no one seems to have heard of… Instead of following through with the mission, he tags alongside Payne to ensure his protection in order to gain more information on the institution that is after him.

Personality.
Intelligent, skilled in any arm, and with a passion for liberation, Ilya could easily be coined as a renaissance man. They’re at the top of their assassination organization's ranks and have close relations with most political figureheads.
They take on life in a general romantic sense as if life were an intricate dance to them. Mysterious, but they lack malicious intent. They find no moral alms in killing for hire, but their natural lack of empathy does not equate to their lack of sympathy. Making life better for the people is their most passionate goal. They are very level-headed until it comes to mention of their parents, specifically their mother.
Trivia.
- The organization Ilya works for is a subsection of the rival organization to Desmios, thus he is vaguely aware of Orion’s situation and involvement with them. He heard of the destruction of Desmios caused by an individual and linked the events to Orion. However, he also knows of their gradual resurfacing and influence on certain area’s politics.
- Through his research into his own organization and his eventual discovery of corruption, he links similar veins of subversion intertwined in higher kingdoms and cities, and thus begins his journey to disrupt and dismantle the overarching demoralization in their political realm.
