The Electric Mystryia.

Subject speaks with a strong static sound in their voice, making it difficult even for other Mystryias to understand them. I do not have such difficulties, despite having a similar vocal box. Subject has what has been described as a "thousand-yard stare" but is otherwise incredibly active and fast moving almost all of the time. Subject does not appear to require much sleep and needs to be doing something almost constantly. Subject is hard to locate and stop to ask questions, so further reports may need to be filed later.
