Eli moved to Glass heart when he was 9, after a very messy divorce, he somehow ended up with his grandma. It wasn’t the worst option. Being in Glass Heart helped him feel comfortable with his affinity. It’s the main reason he stayed.

Eli is sort of struggling right now, feeling incredibly isolated from his surrounds, being left alone in Glass Heart. He streams to keep himself company and keep the lights on.

Eli think Flo is a little weird. She's always high, she walks around barefoot, always wants to talk to him, looks at him funny, laughs at things he says, is always touching him. It's strange.
Hard to Eli to believe that his first real friend is the cool cosplayer hanging around town. 99 and Eli click really well. Eli gave them a key to his house once he learned that 99 doesn't actually have a house. The things people do for their art is concerning.
