Christopher is generally a laid-back guy, but do not let this initial layer of his personality fool you! When the occasion calls for it, he is more than able to be brave and protective. He also holds the potential for a fiery temper. However, for those on his good side, he makes for a loyal and affable companion. Christopher grew up with his older half-sister Candy in Nevada, eventually following her to Arizona to pursue his dream of owning an arcade. A snag has recently been added to this carefree lifestyle, however--Candy has accidentally summoned a family of demons, throwing her and Christopher into a world where supernatural beings battle over the souls of mortals. Although not thrilled by this turn of events, Christopher is wholeheartedly supporting his sister. He will do whatever he can to make sure that she is safe--and, hopefully, to return to worrying more about high scores than about the forces of good and evil!
Bosch is the father of the family of demons who Christopher's older half-sister Candy unfortunately summoned, and so he has come to know Christopher via her. Though he may seem charming, this is a thin veil over Bosch's true, vicious personality. Christopher recognizes a rat when he sees one, and thus he despises Bosch. For his part, Bosch is rather annoyed by Christopher and his relentless devotion to Bosch's intended prey.
Candy is Christopher's older half-sister--the two share the same mother. From an early age, Candy took her big sister duties very seriously, always making sure that Christopher did not wander into trouble. As the pair has gotten older, however, gentle and idealistic Candy has found herself in distress, having accidentally conjured up a family of demons who are now chasing after her and Christopher. This fact does not daunt Christopher, though--he loves his sister dearly, and is more than prepared to protect her.
Annabelle is an angel who Candy's best friend Roslyn counts as an ally, and so she has joined them in their fight against the demons. As if the situation were not complicated enough, Annabelle hails from that very family of demons, having reformed herself. Christopher was therefore a bit uncertain as to whether to trust her at first, but in time, he came to see that her peaceful yet brave personality meshed with his well. Annabelle has also developed a liking for Christopher--to her, he represents what family should truly be.
Charlene is the demon who Candy accidentally brought to the mortal realm when attempting to enact a love spell. She initially appears as adorable and sweet, but once she snares her intended quarry, her true devilish nature emerges. Although Charlene is doing her best to win Christopher over, he sees who she truly is, and therefore has no patience for her. This response is seriously annoying to Charlene, and may lead her to bare her teeth even more...
Eugenie is Charlene's mother, and she came along for the ride when Candy accidentally invoked Charlene. Unlike her daughter, Eugenie has a hard time keeping up her sweet veneer--she tends to go right for the jugular. As a result, she is not wasting much time in trying to woo Christopher, instead doing all that she can to intimidate him. Resolute Christopher, however, has no plans to let her pull that endeavor off.
Hylton is Charlene's brother, and so he has come to the mortal realm with her in the wake of Candy "inviting" Charlene there. He cuts a more sympathetic figure than his parents or sister--he means well, and really just wants to make friends with the mortals. However, Christopher does not view this desire as sincere, and is thus quite aggressive towards Hylton. Hylton acknowledges Christopher's power and devotion to Candy, and is therefore leery of him.
Roslyn is Candy's best friend, who Candy met when playing with an Ouija board, and so she introduced Christopher to her. She is a spirit tasked with connecting the living and the supernatural, and Christopher was initially shocked to dsicover that such beings exist! Wry, caring Roslyn soon grew on him, though, and he now counts her as a close friend. Roslyn, in turn, views Christopher as being like the son she never had.
Song is an angel who is a friend of Roslyn's, who Roslyn has enlisted in the fight against the demons currently plaguing Candy, and thus she has introduced them to Christopher. They are reserved, and have the potential to be ferocious, but are tirelessly caring and supportive to those who are innocent. Fortunately, Christopher can be counted among such folks, and so he now has unyielding protection from Song. Christopher is amazed by the fact that Song has entered his life, and treats them with great respect.
Bart is a mortal medium who Candy has hired in attempt to dispatch the demons who are after her, and so he has come to meet Christopher. He may appear to be helpful at first, but is ultimately self-involved and unreliable. Christopher has begun to realize this, and has resolved to "encourage" Bart to help his sister properly by any means necessary. Bart is learning to respect Christopher--he gets the sense that Christopher will be a formidable foe if crossed.
