Was born with a cleft lip, but had it fixed as an adult. Lip still pulls up a bit due to the scaring. Has opted to not try to do anything further as people generally assume the scar came from something else due to the other scars on his face

Teeth and ears have a point to them

Dark hair that he keeps cut short. Generally wears a hat

Clothes are older, but with little major wear to them. Tendency to look a little disheveled, but notably clean. 

Gets described as a "wiry son of a bitch"

🌕Backstory🌕

Lovingly describes himself as "a mutt of indiscernible origins." Cecil knows that he definitely isn't human, but can't really fathom a guess at what he is. He doesn't have any hallmark traits of anything and is only a little effected by silver. Everything he exhibits is such an overlapping trait it can't be used to determine anything. The most stand-out thing is he is hardly effected by manipulative magics. This might not even be a species related thing. It could be that he just happens to be resistant.

Left at a church as a child, Cecil lived in an orphanage until 8 years old where he was hired to be a powder monkey on a warship. Like any good Isadorian boy, he joined the military soon after hitting 18. Stayed in for a few years, left, and promptly got involved in crime.

Involved in a crime ring that mainly does illegal imports/exports

There is a bit of sadness that he didn't know his parents, but his feelings surrounding his childhood are more jealousy towards others than anything else.
