Quince always loved to ride his motorcycle. He got in a lot of trouble with the law when he was just a student, accumulating a lot of tickets from speeding and pulling risky maneuvers with his bike on and off the roads. But he got pulled over enough times that he ended up getting fairly well acquainted with the local police department. They ended up turning him around, training him, and making him one of their own. For years, Quince was able to release all his pent up energy pursuing leads. But, unfortunately, that dream didn't last for long. Every day got harder and Quince was reminded of what a cruel unfair world he lived in. Good or bad weren't real, just corruption and horror. Quince lost faith in people (humans, robots, aliens, it didn't matter). One day, it got to be too much, and Quince turned in his badge. He drove on his motorcycle and had to start a new life for himself.

Quince has always been misanthropic, but his days as a cop still weigh heavily on him. Now, his morals are all mixed up and he's never sure what direction to take. All he knows is that he's got to take it one day at a time and do what he has to to survive. But also enjoy life.

Quince may be small, but he's tough. He's fast too. He needed a way to make quick money and give himself a thrill. So he ended up becoming a petty thief, getting what he can to support himself and help the community in his own way.
