"Oh, I see how it is! I burn down ONE orphanage and all of the sudden I'm a “terrorist”!" 
Dr. Hissteria is an echo-terrorist who frequently attacks the city of Cheapsburg and is the main rival of General Glaze.
He's a bombastic, flamboyant mad scientist type figure who seeks to scare off or kill the residences of Cheapsburg. Not only is he outraged by the mistreated of his fellow snakes by the citizens, but they also frequently exploiting and poisoning the eco-system of his Goddess, Mother Steve. Hissteria takes great glee in the "destruction of justice" he causes and will happily murder anyone who gets in the way of his cause.

However... Hissteria is nothing more than an incompetent joke. Despite having the intellect and mechanical skills to create mechanical suits, his acts of terrorism never result in the death of civilians or even go beyond property damage, (he basically just throws smoke balloons painted like bombs at the ground while screaming at everyone). But, despite the constant loses her faces at the hands of the Glaze's, Hissteria is still determined as ever to bring down Cheapsburg.

✦ Appearance

Hissteria is a green rattlesnake with black and green striped scales who pilots two suits.

Suit A is a lanky mech suit which Histerria pokes his head out of the neck cockpit. The suit wears a doctors coat with a black bowtie/neck tie hybrid; black briefs; green gloves and enormous, green mechanical boots designed to resemble a snake. Along with this suite, Hissteria wears a carboard box painted grey on his head, with a living cobra figure taped to the top (they need a better job).

Suit B is a lank flesh corps of a deceased humanoid with a broken off left arm, exposing a sharp bloody bone. Hissteria pilots this "suit" by poking his head out of were the neck one was, then wrapping his body around the chest and using the remaining tail a replacement for the left arm. This "witch doctor suit" wears a dirty blazer; a black thong; knee high black boots and green gloves. Hissteria has a different helmet for this suit, being a washed card board box containing three leaves in the top centre held in place by a jewel.

✦ Trivia

• ● Dr. Hissteria was originally named Dr. Tizer, but his name was changed to avoid corilation with the soft drink of the same name.
• ● Hissteria was also going to be part of the main cast in AatED, but was demoted to side antagonist in CoA after Mell took his place as "the redeemed villain".
• ● Hissteria actually has 2 base's, one located in the sewers of Cheapsburg and one deep within Falltum Falls.
• ● He also hates Queen Cluckcluckieus but doesn't attack Richburg because he doesn't want to climb up Elements Edge's volcano every single time.
• ● Hissteria's many snake followers within Falltum Falls are all named George (it's easier for him to keep track of them that way).
• ● Hissteria is the gayest straight man to ever exist.

✦ Relationships

George — His pet eyeball occasionally occasionally assists him in his war against Cheapsburg, but for the most part just keeps him company back at his base,

Cheapskate — His worst enemy, the sacrilegious hawk who made his life in Cheapsburg as miserable as possible for an entire decade. Hissteria plots to bring Mother Steve his head no matter the cost.

Glaze — The only person keeping Cheapskate from his karma. She's so cold and stoic that he can't even engage in good old witty banter during a merciless beat down. Needless to say, he hates her just as much as the hawk,

Mother Steve — His beloved Goddess who put him on this Earth and created everything surrounding it. Hissteria's swears to bring down all who exploit her world in the name of appeasing her.
