Jeanie Bleu is a trained professional on many fronts, and she rarely finds a problem she isn't prepared to solve. She moved to town to provide her butchering services just recently, and following the mysterious death of the only local surgeon she opted to take over his office as well. Jeanie has her little sister Cotton manage the pharmacy while she moderates the butcher shop, often darting back and forth across the street to check on both and ferry all manner of surgical and butchery tools. Cotton is 12 years old and very heavy handed with the morphine.
Jeanie is an expert and enthusiastic butcher, she mostly does buisness with farmer Louisanne (for livestock) and Val Holliday (for everything else you might want to eat). She adores both of them. Jeanie is a general social nuisance but an overall net good for the town when you consider her skill with all things blood and gore.
She gets along especially well with Rivers and Louisanne. Valentine often gets upset when she negs him too hard.
