Carine Torosyan, better known as Pheme, is a patron in the Hephaestus unit. She is a beguiling, charismatic woman who enjoys the visuals of vintage & old Hollywood beauty, and she likes to convey that through herself as much as possible. They appear to be really laid back and just a chatty office worker but when it comes to doing her job, she’s super serious and cutthroat; her desk (and subsequently the work she submits) is always pristinely prepared and organised. Catch her in her breaks/ time off, however, and you'll find they're an avid gossiper with dirt on almost everybody - something that she gains a feeling of power from.
Personality
Pheme carries herself with an air of elegance; she's the sort of woman you'd see across the bar looking flirtingly at you through their eyelashes. She has strong, tall posture and all her movements seem calculated. If she's sat whilst talking to you, she interlocks her well-manicured fingers and rests her chin on them. Socially, they are very talkative but still have you thinking twice before approaching and interacting.

Pheme's literacy, grammar and overall writing skills are excellent. She can easily produce well written documents that detail exact meanings and points in very short time. They also have beautiful penmanship.
Fencing has been a hobby of Pheme's for quite a few years now; it is something she is adept at. The skills they learn in the sport also boost other traits such as their coordination, dexterity, and decision making whilst also providing some combat training.
Like most Hephaestus members, Pheme is used to long shifts and needing the endurance to make it through all the jobs needed in a day. Although she works quickly and usually very efficiently, she can burn herself out.
Story
Pheme grew up something of a golden child - whatever their parents asked or expected from them, they strived to go above and beyond. The overcompensation stemmed from guilt around her gravitation to things considered 'womanly', something inappropriate in the eyes of her parents. If she shone bright enough, the dazzling would serve as a distraction to her true feelings.
She grew up and entered the business world, as expected, and began exploring her identity subtly with her new found freedom. Her gossipy and nosy tendencies unfortunately landed her in some hot water as she learns about something she was definitely not supposed to know. Experiencing a barrage of threats on her career, identity, and overall life, she turned to the Caesar Organisation and got a job there, cutting herself off from her past life.
Whilst joining the Caesar Organisation is rarely a good thing, it gave them the opportunity to completely reinvent themself and indulge in all the things she'd longingly looked at in the past. She is now an established patron in Hephaestus and continues her legacy of the golden child, proving to be a valuable asset to the team. There is still, however, a fear in the back of her head that word will get out and the wrong people will learn about who she is.
