Xanthe is a bitter dog with quite the “fallen from grace” demeanor. While he used to be very devious and cunning, his tendency to overindulge and his greed cost him dearly. Since he was cursed, he has grown much more solemn and his temper is quick to flare. He still retains a small fraction of his old self but now sees no benefit to riches or gold. He values and wants his freedom above anything else.
