Betty never had a difficult life to begin with, and this is all thanks to the love and appreciation of her family around her. She was surrounded by two caring parents and a brother, Austin, with whom she loved to play all day long! Already, as she was little, Betty picked an interest in all sorts of activity that involved a creative mind, and the one that she holds dear to her heart has to be sewing. She would find herslef a growing interest in fabricating clothes and all sorts of accessories to become fashionable! However, the winds would turn for her, as her brother left for college, and she started getting comissions from specific people in Frisco for clothes, so she had to stay.
The real change in her life happened when a snazzy-looking man appeared in Frisco, Henry Haznau Neim, pretending to be looking forward to business opportunities in town for his canned oysters business (... don't ask). Betty would notice a button missing on his jacket and would stitch it back for him. Over time, the two would grow very acquainted of each other and even fall in love together. It seemed like nothing out of the ordinary so far, but all it took was an anniversary gift to change everything... a heart-shaped pendant. Since she got it from him, she's been having quite the horrible lot of hallucinations. Day and night, she would feel tormented by these Shadows always crawling on her back. And all this suddenly started when she got that pendant. But nobody would believe her. It was to the point she would be called "a lunatic liar" all over the village. Seeing the health decline she has been experimenting, Henry took her with her back to Ocean City, first in his house, then in the Ocean City Hospital for the Mentally Ill, where she will spend the rest of her stay. She can now only yearn for a sign of her family again, so she could see their faces one more time. (Spoiler alert though: the Shadows ass gets thoroughly kicked, and so is Henry's, and she could now return to Frisco :D)

Design Notes
- The pendant she now owns features a photography of her and her family.
- Her face, arms, legs and stomach areas are slightly freckled. She got these from her mother.
Bonds
Rudy Dieot
Betty always looked up to her father when it came to animals. She would help him watching over the ranch, as he would give her all sorts of fascinating facts about animals, and how to take care of them. He would also tell her and her brother of the many adventures he went through with his mother and friends, as they were all huddled up by the chimeney. Rudy was her hero. How she wished he could save her back there. (OC by kiwinatorwaffles !)
Coraline Barcheor-Tretchy
As it turns out, she was her first customer ever when she started sewing in exchange of Meat! Having initiated the idea, Betty would then spread it on to her family members, then her friends and, rapidly enough, the whole town. Outside that, their mother-daughter relationship was based on shared love and girl-to-girl confessions, when Betty would not want the boys to hear them. She really loved her mother as much as the rest of the family. There isn't never enough space for everyone she loves in her heart!
Austin Dieot
Ah, Austin... there is quite a lot to tell about him. Well, for starters, she knew him since the day she was born- seems pretty normal, since the two are twins! Then, I could tell just how much Betty and her brother would spend time together, playing and frolicking around carefreely, just like the kids they were. Austin and her would often share secrets together and would always stick together, no matter where they went. It was already pretty heart-wretching to see Austin go when he got accepted in college, but she knew he would come back home oftentimes. But it became even more dreadful to wait on him when she got admitted into the psych ward. Her days seemed to be more gray when he wasn't around. (OC by kiwinatorwaffles !)
Henry Haznau Neim
What started as just a fine gentleman needing his button back in its place developped rapidly into a fast-burn relationship. At first, he seemed to know just what to tell her to reassure her, giving her that strange warmth growing in her chest. Over the two years he would travel from Ocean City to Frisco and back, she got to know more about him, and eventually, the two of them got together, seemingly starting off as a happy fairytale. As she moved to Ocean City with him, she got to know his true colors. She suspected he would have something to do with the pendant, but her questions knew no answers, as soon as she got sent to the mental assylum thanks to him. As soon as she learnt the truth about his implication with the shadows government, she swore upon herself to never talk to him ever again.
Ivanabe Gaye
When it comes to the wild west, there was no one that knew it better than Ivy for her. It was like she knew it like the back of her hand! Her thirst of adventure and her thriving spirit were what inspired Betty, even to that day. (OC by kiwinatorwaffles !)
Noah Homeo
She would listen to Noah a lot, especially when it came to Beanslingery. Mastering such form of magic was quite the impressive feat to her, and hopefully she can learn more about this ancient craft, once out of town. (OC by kiwinatorwaffles !)
"Becky" Puntchallow
Betty and them used to play a lot together, when they were both little! As a child, she would help their cousin with changing clothes, just as she began getting into sewing. She could see, despite the hurdles they were faced, just how much they were growing, despite the pains being rough. She now wonders how they were doing, and if they were still in Frisco...?
Tam Foolleray
Tam is one of Austin's friends he made at Ocean City. As soon as she exited the psych ward, Betty got to know her better, and quickly became good friends with her. Tam's levels of boldness and charisma will never cease to amaze her, especially once they were done taking care of Henry together. (OC by kiwinatorwaffles !)
Leah Fei
Leah is one of Austin's friends he made at Ocean City. Betty was delighted to see her brother made such valuable friends, yet quite surprised to see that said friends knew quite a lot about her already! The ways of cheesecraft seemed eerie to her, and even after a demonstration, Betty was definitely determined to keep working on Beanslingery for herself. But she still supports Leah in all her endavours regardless... hopefully, she will be able to help provide for her college tution, with the Meat she would get from her sewing customers!
