Clothing Style

Ladia's common outfit greatly resembles the outfit Lord Dalia typically wears while in his mortal form. She usually wears a green shoulderless top with tattered short sleeves and a purple shoulderless top underneath, both of which are cropped slightly above her midriff. She also wears a green skirt with yellow diamond patterns, and under that she wears an asymmetrical pair of pants with one leg being full length and the other cropped to shorts length so it does not show under her her skirt. She wears green and silver boots, a green long hat with a pompom on the end, and multiple leather straps across her chest, arms, and legs.

For accessories, she wears a purple necklace with diamond shapes gems, a green hairclip, and green/purple earrings. Later on she also wears a silver ring with an emerald stone as an engagement ring from Alderan.

Personality

Ladia is a gentle and compassionate young woman with wisdom beyond her years due to her countless reincarnations and soul-link with the God of Life. Most people who encounter Ladia see her as a respectful and responsible lady with a kind smile, and she tends to come off as rather motherly despite her age. She has a strong sense of empathy and can relate to the feelings of other quite well with both her deep sense for emotion and her semi-conscious experience of her past lives. Her connection to Lord Dalia allows her to have better insight on the souls and feelings of others, so she has a mildly omnipresent aura and demeanor about her at times and tends to be a good judge of character. However, she tends to be as down to earth and on level with the people she interacts with to better blend in and to not too heavily affect her relationship with others.

Aside from her wise and knowing side, Ladia also has a curious and adventurous side that she's always eager to indulge. She loves traveling and meeting new people, and although in her past lives she has seen many things, she always enjoys seeing what familiar places will jog deeply seeded memories. In whatever current life she may be in, Ladia does not consciously remember all her experiences and only knows things she once learned when they come up. She comes off as a quick learner since she likely has tried many skills before, but she may not necessarily remember these experiences until she actually tries it again in her current life. Ladia makes a point to not dwell on trying to recall all her experiences and takes her life one step at a time, living each day like it is her very first.

Backstory

Ladia was originally created along with Anamoli when Lord Dalia crafted his mortal form. The two were meant to be each others' Dalindran alters, along with being Lord Dalia's mortal alters as well. Although Lord Dalia's mortal form is virtually immortal to factors such as illness and aging, Ladia and Anamoli are not, and they go through rebirth cycles each time they reach the end of their lives. They have mostly no memory of their past lives, although certain things can jog their old memories from time to time, and they tend to be more aware of the world around them due to their link with Lord Dalia.

In Ladia's current incarnation, she is a spirit channeler that allows suffering mourners to communicate with loved ones now in the Last Lands to put all their affairs in order if they did not have the chance to before. She also serves as a Dalindran diplomat. In recent years, she was assigned to negotiate with Aldrian rebels about their mass manufacturing of weapons. Upon arriving on Aldria, she did not realize her escort was running late, and she was instead greeted by Alderan, an outcast of Aldrian society. He offered her a tour of the area, which she warmly accepted. The two spent some time together as he showed her the area before he finally brought her to the capital and was promptly chased off by Ladia's real escorts.

Ladia was involved in many discussions about the weaponry and negotiations about which organizations vying for the products would be wise or poor partners. Aldria was intent on selling to a large group of Dalian zealots, and although their cause was just, Ladia could not recommend selling to them due to their rather sketchy plans to use it against the Enlightened and Delzin without regard to potential civilian collateral. In the mean time, Ladia encountered Alderan a number of times again in secret until he finally managed to convince her to join him on more trips outside the capital. Despite the city's apparent hatred toward him, Ladia found herself falling for him over the months she spent there, and after a year she found herself facing his proposal, which she accepted.

However, in a matter of weeks Alderan went missing, and it didn't take her long to figure out he had been captured by capital officials and sold out to the Enlightened to avoid conflict with them. Ladia was crushed and horribly ashamed of the leaders of the capital for their poorly thought out negotiations with untrustworthy agents of evil. In less than a week, the Enlightened returned and raided the capital with the Demriles backing them. In the chaos, Ladia realized that Alderan was with them, gunning down his own kind while under the influence of Vinia Demrile. Ladia briefly managed to bring him to his senses before she was promptly captured by Dracorluga Demrile.

Both Ladia and Alderan now serve in Shana's Dark Army, both being forced to carry out her will. The two work together without any knowledge of their history together or the love they shared. Although Ladia's powers do little to aid the destruction of the Eternity, keeping her under control may be the only way to keep Alderan in line.
