Cyan Aurora

A squid girl who is the youngest of 5 siblings. A friendly face with a fierce fashion sense. She enjoys wearing ornate, frilly dresses around the city, and edgy punk attire on the battlefield. Most of the dresses she wears are ones that she made herself, after teaching herself how to use a sewing machine. She works a part-time gig, modeling outifts for a lolita fashion boutique, and saves that money to find an apartment of her own. She also loves to read comic books, to the point where she had a childhood crush on one of the characters. Her entire interest in punk fashion and her past use of the Gold Dynamo Roller was inspired by this character.

She put this weapon away after 2 years, seeking a weapon with more mobility. When her sister Azure was dissatisfied with the Dualie Squelchers' playstyle, Cyan picked up the weapons in her place. She found these red cordless drills to be the right balance of range and movement and has yet to drop them.

Cyan is usually very close to people she cares about. She looks up to her siblings and would do anything she could to make them happy. She is a very thoughtful gift-giver and when her oldest sister Cerulean was away, she got the idea to start sending letters. She is in a relationship with a tall octoling named Vermilion, who was initially homeless when they first met. She helped her girlfriend find a place to stay and visits often. Cyan does not like to be alone, and anxiety takes over without any trusted company.

Cyan initially kept quiet about her relationship with Vermilion out of fear that her siblings would react poorly to the species difference. As she feared, when Cerulean ran into the two of them hanging out at a restaurant, she spoke to Cyan about it later and became infuriated that she hid this from her family for years. This led to an argument that left both Cyan and Cerulean upset, and even made Cyan's girlfriend afraid to visit.

Her full name is Cyan Akemi Aurora.
