but she uses the sunlight to charge up basically. she absorbs it much like a plant and it can serve as food as well as energy. however, it cannot serve as both at the same time. she can manifest this energy into blasts of energy which are most akin to explosions and strong forces. they are extremely strong if charged up over lots of time. once she uses this energy [if she uses all of it] she will need to recharge again and is extremely weak until she does.

the quirk doesn't draw power from any other light source other than the sun. in days without sunlight, she experiences strong fatigue and is weak. she is especially weak in the dark.

she can recharge others at the cost of her own energy. if she recharges more than two people she will experience fatigue, and if she continues to try recharge others she will faint. she has to keep in physical contact with the person in order for them to be recharged.
